I don't know whether it's a good thing or a bad thing that all the competent evil people apparently decided not to join Trump's administration. The White House seems to have a unique talent for approaching each situation and finding the worst possible way to fuck up the response. Yeah, I never want to root against our country and its leaders, but if Trump managed to appear competent enough and bluff his way through a smooth term, that would have had pretty nasty implications going forward. The fate of the country depends on the statement "Donald Trump was an outsider, and look what happened there!" More specifically, it depends on who's making that statement and what point they're trying to prove with it.
