That's what she does, go out and hunt for friends. Dead or alive, she always brings them back. Zoe is no longer her BFF.

His spirit. That's why he looks unearthly to her. But the question is: Why would he threaten her if he's a spirit, he can't kill her... right?

Maybe just contacting a spirit through the board gives them enough power to manifest and wreak havoc within the place they died instead of just observe the living. Releasing them then gives them the ability to wander and manifest at will wherever.

Did you watch Murder House?

Ghosts can fully manifest in the AHS universe. They are not free to leave the place of their death unless it is Halloween. Given the spell that was used, it would seem that rule has been broken.

Seems like no one outside of Jessica Lange and Angela Bassett can act on this show. I'm really starting to sour on the season, we're 6 episodes in and there's really no direction or good cast of characters or anything to get excited about

Watched Murder House but not Asylum. Did that rule carry over into that season as well? I was under the impression all seasons were separate and didn't think rules like that would carry from one to another.

And if the axeman could manifest in the coven house, why has he not done so till they contacted him on the spirit board? You would think that he would be causing all sorts of trouble for a house full of witches who killed him.

And what of other spirits of people who died in that house like Anna-Lee the last supreme. If spirits in Coven could manifest in the places of their death you would think the past supreme would manifest to call out Fiona as her killer.

It's probably because they used the board to contact him. Maybe contact leads to the ghost gaining some sort of material hold.

I'd say Lange and Bassett's extreme overacting is just making everyone else seem a bit lifeless in comparison.

I think the ax man appearing had more to do with her new power of sight. Even though she is blind she was able to see his outline and why would he attack her instead of Zoe and the other girls if he was now able to manifest himself?
