Refunds are still given even if you are outside the 14 day / 2 hour rule dependant on circumstance

Have been denied according to their general policy (key sent = no refund). Their current statement is that people should wait for the first patch. If the game still does not work they will grant refunds at that time as a special measure.

What a stuttering mess. I can't get a refund though glad I got it for cheap. I will rent this game from Gamefly and never buy another WB game on PC. Some since Mordor was a great port
It was the DLC skins, WB getting the more important stuff out of the way first.

Mordor ran fine. Only issue most ppl had was the ultra textures requiring 6gb of vram despite not looking that much better. But it was a relatively minor complaint. Nothing like the shitstorm that is BAK
Mordor was a good port, no significant issues that I can recall on launch.

I think it was Monolith themselves. No it was good at release too.
So they took console version and put it to run on PC while adding more and more rendering power until PC was able to bruteforce 30FPS @ "intended settings"? I guess that is one way of doing ports, but even then recommended specs can't run game at acceptable level.

I got the game with my 980 ti. Picked up the ps4 copy after seeing all the missing effects and spending the whole day trying to make it run propperly.
Do not regret it at all, the game isn incredible and it runs really well on ps4. Such an improvement.

Why NV GPU with 3GB VRAM can run Normal textures, but AMD GPU with 3GB VRAM has to stick with Low or experience streaming/hitching issues? Nvidia GPU's have some magic dust sprinkled onto memory chips or what gives?
Also how you can have GTX760 3GB as recommended when such card doesn't exist, afaik?

For real? That is extremely promising since this is a win/win scenario for me. Either the patch fixes it and all is redeemed, or it doesn't and I can get a refund and pick up the PS4 version without being forced to double dip.

Had to uninstall NVIDIA everything, then pull the battery from the motherboard to reset the CMOS.
All this for a shitty port.

Maybe I did something wrong but I set mine to 720p(first time ever with my 660) but the image isn't scaled to fit my full tv screen which is 1080p. Did I do something wrong?

Ehh, that's not happening to everyone. The waves are certainly there on my game and they look fucking incredible.
Actually, this video looks like the waves are obscured by fog, grain filter and shitty video compression.

When I quit to the main menu, the game went into windowed mode. Only quit once though, so I don't know if that's a regular thing.

After spending some time with the PS4 version now there is absolutely no going back to PC. The 30fps is very smooth with no hitching/stuttering whatsoever. The motion blur takes care of the rest. Batmobile is not perfect but still leagues better than on my 970.
And I think everything has been said about the graphics. Also seemed to me that the explosions when shooting enemy cars are better.

I know the game ran fine for me on the gtx 960 at the promised 30fps. But I too experienced missing textures, not counting the depth of field problems and low textures that seems to be general.
But cmon, after their official statement I was glad to make the decision in refunding it.

Guys do you know why the heck the first two setting on the gameworks tab are disabled for me? I even use a GTX 650Ti as a dedicated PhysX card...
Lack of AO here is a tragedy.
Can't speak for 940m in particular, but I know it said the same thing for my 780m and I think it plays "well enough". Playing with textures on normal, 1080p, most things on high except shadows on normal, mostly stays around 30fps, but dips at times and there is the odd stutter.
Hopefully it'll be even better when the patch comes performance wise, and more hopefully, they add all the bells and whistles from the PS4 version.

Do we really need to go over this again? The publisher ultimately decides who does which port job and when something gets pushed out on the market. I am sure Rocksteady would have loved to do the PC version themselves but were stretched too thin.
I get you are angry, but this is not how it works. Rocksteady is "only" the developer. WB gives money, WB makes decisions.
