Anyone when when we can expect EB Games? They seem to be the last hope for a better Xbox One bundle, but it is EB Games so I doubt they will have the best deal. I guess there is Amazon, too.
 
I was expecting great things out of BB's black friday.

Oh well, I'll get the Mad Max blu-ray and buy another copy of Tearaway as a gift.

Edit: maybe amazon will save us once again this year ;)
 
Any good Black Friday deals on a decent computer package with or without a monitor? I'd like to get into some PC gaming but would rather skip the "order individual parts and build it yourself" response I always get when asking about PC gaming.
 
Honestly the 3DS and other system games at BB are the real gems and aren't even part of BF. I mean this is near Boxing Day at Sears good. When else are you going to basically get Project Mirai DX, Legend of Legacy, and Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold for basically 60+% off their MSRP (they're already $15-$20 off on their own, BEFORE adding the 40% clearance discount).

Edit: A bit less for Mirai and LoL since they are 58.05% off ($49.99 -> $20.97), and Etrian 2U is indeed 60.04% off ($59.99 -> $23.97)!

If only Stella Glow was part of this (site even says the game is Online Only, what the hell?!). :(
 
So the best xbox one deal is 350 for gears and forza at Walmart? Best buy has the same package with NHL subbed in for forza. Which game would sell better on kijiji NHL or forza?

I bought it digitally for $40. I never played BL1 and BL2, but I really dug it on PS4. I think it's pretty much on par with the PC version now. They recently added a god damned FOV slider for the PS4 and XBOne versions, which is crazy.

There are guitar issues? Huh, I hope they fixed those issues for newer holiday shipments. If that's the case I guess I can wait it out to Boxing Day. I walked by the MS Store in the Toronto Eaton Centre and they just had fucking STACKS of GH Live and RB4 bundles alongside the giant stack of XBOne's. Hope MS Store has some good deals.
 
I've got about ~$100 in credit at EB games for a while now. What are chances they have a decent PS4 sale based on what we've seen from other retailers?

Thing is, theres almost nothing I want to play on PS4 this year so I might even better off waiting until next year. Hmmm...

Nope, not at all. I found I didn't use most of the side buttons on the G600.
That being said, I did like my G600, however I had a 2012 and older model, which unfortunately eventually got this weird double-click glitch issue (and it took a couple of years for this to happen...) It was apparently common with G600s, except since mine was the older model, it was incapable of firmware updates, and I didn't have any of my warranty stuff, so I opted to replace.

Which one? There's definitely a noticeable difference in materials, workmanship, and sound quality between a $100 guitar and a $500 guitar, but as long as it doesn't sound weird, it should be fine as an entry-level guitar. Stay away from those $50 guitars from XS Cargo or whatever, man those sound totally wrong.

That's because it's the cheaper option.

If you want prebuilt look for an Alienware sale on Dell.
 
Should I bite on Transformers Devastation? It's pretty tempting but I feel I could just wait for $29.99 since I'm in no rush.

Unless you can sell Forza or NHL for more than the tax, the RCSS deal is better. Forza is also a digital code, and both games will be on sale for $50, so I doubt you can sell them for more than the tax.

Ah, the ol' Logitech double-click. Had it happen on my G500. It's usually a mechanical issue so firmware update wouldn't have saved you. Logitech is usually excellent when it comes warranty, so it sucks you couldn't have taken advantage of it.

I'm considering biting on a G502 just to have as a backup for if (when) my G600 develops the double-click issue. Nice to know it's a worthy substitute!

Looks like you are set. RCSS will definitely have the best offer among the stores because of their "no sale tax".

EDIT: So most stores will have the PS4 for 369.99 and XB1 for 349.99. The RCSS will have the best offer among them since there's no tax on it

I think a lot of the deals are yet to come. This just seems like a warm up to attract people to the page. Nothing I want right now.
