No kidding. They've pretty much outplayed the Spurs for most of the game. They're not going quietly...I'll give them that.ParkPace said:Detroit has the momentum going into the 4th IMO. Who on the Spurs has a sack big enough to take it away?
Miami/Phoenix would've been a MUCH more excititing and competitive series.ParkPace said:These last two games have been GREAT.
i agree, to the common fan, the exciting pace of the no defense phoenix suns would have been very exciting... but you need defense to win in the playoffs...Odoul said:Miami/Phoenix would've been a MUCH more excititing and competitive series.
Wait no...

No excuses. Duncan's first Game 7 ever coming up on Thursday. Spurs are probably too much of bitches to win it but whatever.

Anyway, the SPurs need to match up the Pistons intensity in Game 7 and play up to their defensive standards. They're letting Detroit have a ton of easy baskets and offensive rebounds thanks to no one boxing out. It's going to get ugly on thursday.
Loki said:Duncan didn't play terrible by any stretch, but for a franchise player in a possible series-clinching game, 14 shot attempts, 1 block, and several crucial missed FT's aren't gonna cut it. Duncan needs to have a 26+/14+/3+ block game on Thursday to pull out the series imo. Parker is still too erratic, and Detroit seems to have Ginobili's number lately.
