shadowfort was a lot of fun. mounted artillary looked cool and gave me a run for my money

If you press triangle the artillary changes into grenades like bombs.

It's slower than the giant arrows but has a wider spread attack.


I just wish I knew how I made the pawn take over.

Did you even read my post? My whole point is that ignoring this quest locks you out of the Blighted Manse, which is a fun and important dungeon with lots of good loot. So yeah it sucks.

Rusted weapons cause torpor which drastically slow enemies down. Dmg output remains low even after they’re enhanced but when you’re rolling with casters and warriors it pays dividends.

If dragonforged, they can inflict torpor and other statuses. So it's nice to keep a copy of them around.

Finally killed Damion, now to farm some BBI lvl 3 stuff, got a ring and armour from killing him, neither that I could equip or was useful for my character...

Is there a best way to get lvl 3 items now that I'm in post Damion? I think they actually drop now.

I spammed those demon/conqueror item buffs because I was doing hardly any damage.

Need to fuck up Death too, I want revenge.

I cheesed Death, in the second part of BBi (after first exit shortcut) just after the bridge (where he spawns first time through) is a big tower you make your way down, he was on bridge at bottom of tower so I sniped him from up above.

Was far enough away that it didn't aggro him, and with no aggro he doesn't de-spawn after taking some damage.

Trophy name is on point.

AFAIK farming Daimon is the best/quickest way. If you've beat him twice, you can permanently take the last shortcut. There's a guaranteed W3 in Sparyard Floor 1 and Fallen City and the chests after Daimon should be guaranteed W3, N3 and A3 after second form. Carrying one of each Drake/Wyvern/Wyrm Tears increases your drop rate off enemies too and Necrophage enemies have a higher chance of dropping Lv. 3 stuff IIRC.

Don't blame GAF, the game is simply amazing!
Just like you, I finished this game on two systems and despite having some new top quality games on my PS4, I'm in my second play-through of DD HD instead.
