So I went a little crazy and decided to try an escort mission, and holy hell I can't believe how badly they programed the AI to just run around into the group of enemies.

However, as a solution to this, I decided that whenever the escort tries to follow us into battle I just lifted him onto my shoulder, walked walked to the top of a cliff/steep slope, and threw him twenty feet. It was pretty fun - so much so that I must assume Capcom programmed the shit A.I. with just that in mind.

What is the key to using this stuff? I have one airtight flask.

Also do pawns use oil? I tried to tell rook not to use his.


Also flask of water and oil.. If you have to choose which one?

I thought it would be funny for my kid Arisen to have max affinity with Feste, the idea of seeing the Dragon weave his sinister bargain as a mustached dwarf jester is fleeing from goblins was too funny to pass up...

...I forgot that your character makes out with their beloved in the credit sequence. *bleuuuuugh* *bleeeeeeh*

The romance system in this game is simultaneously the most open-minded of any game ever and a vomit-inducing mess.

I preloaded Dragons Dogma and now just loading up steam it's looking to download another about 700mbs but it won't download. Like Steam shows there is disk activity but no network activity. Any idea what's up?

I verified the files and it said everything was OK.

I tried downloading a different game to make sure it wasn't my network but that downloaded just fine.

Alo, after I added the deband shader to DA's GeDoSaTo profile it seems to have taken priority over all other post processing effects. If I have deband on then none of my other effects will show, but if I turn off deband everything works fine.

I'd really like to use everything together, that deband shader works really well.

i had actually freshly rebooted before starting

as of now, i decided to lock to 30 because im' not quite hitting the mid 40's i want. probaly for the best

Restarted on Hard immediately after the beginning.

I get the impression I'm going to enjoy the thrills and spills of hard.. I hope.

Cutscene still pauses at the clouds. Don't know what that's about, but pushing start skips that frozen screen.

I'm getting this exact same error, posted several pages agor:

Other games work fine. I don't have any other MT Framework games downloaded to see if I get the same thing, but lots of other games run.

Any other NVIDIA folk having trouble with DSR?

I went into GeForce Experience and set the game to 2715 x 1527 but every time I boot the game up and go into options it's still stuck at 1080p

Damn the art book looks GOOD, very high quality images. Glad they didn't over compress it.

Okay! diving in more now. This game is so incredible. Looks so much better than my first playthrough on PS3.

Could you please share your GeDoSaTo configuration? I am honestly at a loss at what to do with the program and your settings look great.

Guys try and delete the config.ini file located @ C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\CAPCOM\DRAGONS DOGMA DARK ARISEN

Either delete it and launch the game (should work fine) or open and turn vsync from ON to OFF

That should work. Hopefully you both see it before you re-install!

Yup, I got exactly like your error. I didn't change anything about resolution though, I just exit because I forgot to turn on DS4Window

I tried, but it's really annoying how the prompts switch a whole bunch when you try to use gamepad and mouse at the same time. You either need a weird KB/M binding, or a straight gamepad binding with crummy analog aiming.

I haven't played around with ENBs for this game yet, but going from Skyrim experience, did you turn off the game's own Depth of Field and AF?

Other than that, try turning off some other settings one by one to see which one is conflicting with the preset.

One major issue I have with the game is the stamina usage while running around or getting from some place to another. Completely legit it while in combat but it's a freaking open world ffs, just let me run if I'm not fighting.
