Are you customer facing the whole time? If not, podcasts are a great boon to pedestrian work like this.
I don't personally care too much about height (and in fact hate feeling dwarfed) but this seems like such a non issue. Average height guys get chosen less often same as plain looking girls get chosen less often. Women aren't more superficial than men just because we may be superficial differently.
I wish I had a job, I've applied to a few part time jobs but I get no responses. I'm starting to think letting my brother re-write my CV was a huge mistake.

I did. I posted a little review in the Skype chat a few days back.
Basically, I really liked the atmosphere and Mary Shaw was genuinely terrifying. But I couldn't really abide the boring and largely braindead characters. Also wasn't a fan of that nonsensical twist at the end and felt the pacing was terrible. Not much happens for nearly half the film.

That's why I think it's premature to come up with topical themes already.
I mean, I'm as guilty as anyone. When I've just watched a movie or show that speaks a lot to me then I want to relate it to everything. I'm drawing a graveyard right now and half the names on the tombstones (in runes) are of characters on a show I just finished watching. ¯\_(ツ

Until a better Batman movie gets made (and accepted as so by the majority), The Dark Knight trilogy will always be fashionable. Netflix shows are good but don't really have staying power.

Well I'm basically the guy for everything: cashier, unpacking and labeling incoming shoes, moving shit around. The problem is the area was hit hard by economic change. People tend to buy at the shops closer to the city center if they buy offline at all. As a consequence there are less costumers for me to attend to hence the time isn't passing fast enough. Plus it's very boring work in the first place and I'm basically doing it because it's close to my home.
Do you have any degree or education that you can use?

My current job is pretty boring when I'm not chatting with my coworkers, but I actually prefer it in a way to the more mentally stimulating work I've done in the past. The reason is that otherwise I feel mentally drained when I get home and unwilling to do any personal creative projects, which is my lifeblood. To that end, I'd recommend taking up an artistic pursuit. You can use the down time at work to muse on it!

Only good thing is that my long vacation is scheduled from 12th of September onwards. For how long? I will see. Maybe even whole three weeks, because I have 115 extra hours.
And I really hope that I find another job in next few months. I have enough of this bullshit.

Well I hope that's what you actually want, my brother had a really cozy well paying job earlier this year and he got tired and frustrated by the work so he quit, only after he left did he realise he had it pretty sweet there and he hasn't been able to get a job that pays as well since.
Well, my job is on minimal wage, so it can't get much worse in that aspect and nothing will change about this if I stay at current workplace.
Plus mounting health issues are also a good warning sign - this is what doctor told me directly last week.

IIRC it was about this dude who rented porn froma video store, he hooked up with the clerk but they split because she didn't wanna have sex but then they get back together when it is revealed it was because she got molested and they bond and fuck. Roll credits.
