You guys should just go to a restaurant and have it made.
I bet if you asked at any restaurant that has fries and gravy, they'd make it.
I've been to places that didn't have poutine and asked them to make it.
(Usually the charge was like $5, ingredients are cheap)
Most places don't have the cheese curds,
but if they grate some mozzarella prior to the gravy, still tastes good.
That's what Costco does with their poutines, and I enjoy them.

I got some legit cornbread from this BBQ place a couple months ago, I never had genuine cornbread before, it popped my mind.

I love all ribs, make em tender.
I prefer beef when homemade and pork when eating out generally.
