I don't even know why he is in this feud. He should be feuding with Kevin Owens, but instead Owena is in some shitty feud with Ziggler.

That Owens vs Ziggler feud is another dumb thing.

What these fuckers should do though is to stop overexposing shit, by the time we get to Fastlane we could very well be at AJ vs Jericho 4, which is also the reason they do that 50/50 shit, because as stupid as they are they know, with the way they book their garbage, that a feud where a guy sweeps the other 3-0 or 4-0 in completely meaningless matches is uninteresting.

They need less programming. They can't create an interesting product with the roster size and the 5 hours of programming they are doing. They are killing their own product doing this.

The writers are only capable of figuring out one month feuds, so a KO vs AJ feud starting two months before Wrestlemania would make no sense to them, unless they don't plan on having said feud, then they really are fucking stupid.

Huh...looks like she did his eye makeup to match hers.

That Daniel Bryan Sportscenter interview, ugh. I feel so bad for the guy. 10 documented concussions, possibly more. Had seizures after a few. Glad he will have time to recover. I hope he does anyway.

Let's think positives. Remember 10 months ago?

Daniel Bryan & John Cena defeat Cesaro & Tyson Kidd (7:42)
4/14/15 London SD

Good times :)

jesus fucking christ it was just 10 months ago and they're all gone, 2 for good :[

How does he recover? Just by avoiding contact sports? Is this something where it fixes itself over time or will it require surgery?

Tyson Kidd is gone for good? Damn. I thought he'd just have a long recovery.

Two cannibals are eating a clown. One turns to the other and says "does something taste funny to you?"
It's amazing this shitty company only knows how to protect Reigns and Cena. They don't give a shit about anyone else.
The problem is that it's actually hard to avoid getting every single person on the roster to avoid ever getting pinned without straight up jobbers, which people hate more than 50/50 booking.

It sucks how the Triple Threat's story is leading people to believe that Brock or Ambrose will win but everyone knows LOLREIGNSWINS will happen.

Hell, part of me thinks they'll have Brock take the pin.

Owens isn't even in a 50/50 hell right now. He's losing all his matches. Lost all his ppv matches against Ambrose. Just lost two consecutive times against Ziggler. Has no mic time anymore, no story anymore. Didn't win the IC belt when it's actually useless for Ambrose..

If you plan on having Owens in some type of big match at Mania, you don't book him like that 2 month before it.

It's obviously more deep than that. There is a problem.

That's what gets me. The build is mostly around Ambrose vs Lesnar but we all know the Wyatts will cost Lesnar the match and Reigns will win. No idea where Ambrose will go after Fast Lane either since Lesnar and Reigns have feuds set up for them already.

Hell, I'm begging for jobbers (or "enhancement talent", should I say). It worked in the early 90's, and it works in NXT. The issue is that for the main roster, they think everyone who appears has to be a big deal - which inevitably leads to the 50/50 booking (or "big names" being referred to as laughing stock).

Down in NXT, people have been jobbers for a few months, then they disappear for a while to work out their gimmick / personalities, and then return for a run / push / storyline accordingly.

On an unrelated note, I hope Bryan goes down to NXT and buddies up with Regal. That would be great.

And on a completely unrelated matter, fuck me work sucks, and so does having a daughter who has a cold, is turning 3, and has moved nursery rooms - and a newborn too. My life consists of work, then housework, about 4 hours sleep, and no free time. The highlight of my days at the moment is being up at 5.45am eating breakfast and reading Gaf. /rant over

I feel like they could use NXT guys as "talent enhancement" every now and again. Just give them generic tights and a Luchador Mask, 3-4 minutes and done.

Protects and gives them experience.

No, I thought he meant there was a problem with Owens, if that's not the case then nvm.

I think there is a problem with owens yeah. Does it need some Meltzer report that there is "heat backstage" for people to realize that ? You just have to see what they are doing with the wrestler..

I'm saying it again. You don't book somoene strong then suddenly no promos / no wins 2 month before your biggest event of the year, with half your stars missing.. without a reason.

You could even bring up notable indy players for a moment of TV exposure to job to your actual roster guys. Jobber matches don't have to be squashes and I think the use of guys like Ciampa and Gargano and stuff in NXT is a great model for what they could be doing to get main roster guys over.

Of course that requires admitting there's an outside wrestling world on the main show and that's a no no. Well that and some contracts like ROH's could get in the way I suppose. So maybe there's a celing to who you could pull for that but still. It's an idea.

Yeah, something definitely going on with Owens. Typically I was watching Raw just for Kevin Owens and New Day. Ziggler feud has me just watching for New Day. Despite him losing the feud to Ambrose I still felt like he looked strong up until the Rumble. They're squandering Owens, which is really stupid because he is the most credible heel they have.

"WWE star Titus O'Neil was sent home from last night's Smackdown taping in Portland, Oregon shortly after he arrived. The word we are getting is that O'Neil has been suspended for "unprofessional conduct." During the ending of last night's Raw taping in Seattle, Washington, a number of WWE personalities and staff were assembled on the stage in honor of the retiring Bryan Danielson. At the end of that segment, which aired on Raw before going live on the WWE Network, Danielson returned to the locker room after passing through the center of the assembled WWE personnel.

As WWE talents returned to the back, O'Neill grabbed WWE owner Vince McMahon in what was described to us as in a "playful, physical way." McMahon responded by shoving O'Neil away. McMahon's shove of O'Neill actually made it onto the final seconds of the broadcast. We are told that McMahon was angry at being grabbed and that led to the suspension.

When O'Neil arrived at Smackdown, he was informed he was going sent home. The word making the rounds is that the suspension could be for upwards of 90 days. That would put O'Neil out of action through May, which means he would be missing Wrestlemania 32.

O'Neil, 39, signed with WWE in 2009 and is best known as one half of the Prime Time Players, although he's been used most recently in a singles role. He's been very active in local community outreach where he lives in Tampa. O'Neil had lost to Adam Rose earlier during the Raw broadcast.

Last night, the WWE Network exclusive video of Bryan Danielson's farewell was removed from Youtube and WWE.com as well as the WWE Network. It is likely that WWE is going to edit the snippet at the end out before restoring the videos."

And i still think potential reasons are:

_He's doing too much impros on tv. Typically the Cole thing is seen as really cool here but let's be honest it makes absolutely no sense on tv.

_maybe some heat over bullying random people on twitter ?? i'm not sure WWE wants this kind of interaction honestly.

_Most important. He doesn't have heel heat, at all. Again, he has half pops (by that i mean a part of the crowd, we know which one, is cheering him), and not that many boos. Right now Kevin Owens is a heel with shy face reaction and no heel reaction at all. How do you want Vince to react to something like that ? In WWE logic that could be.. by making him lose any momentum so the face reaction dies. They wouldn't do that any better than what they do right now when you think about it. He's losing his match like a piece of shit, then he's not even going at Ziggler after that, but just whine and breaks some shit around him.. basically, his character right now is "a bitter loser"

Hmmm.. I would say not cool on Titus for doing whatever he did. The WWE was on stage to respect Daniel Bryan, and not for playful antics. Keep that in the locker room.

Titus is still a good guy though :)

Remember guys wins/losses don't matter, it's the characters you care about! Ignore how that makes matches basically meaningless just as they have made titles. Because in fantasy land Vince his suck up band of idiots think they're making movies.

I think currently in terms of heel heat is xpac heat or nothing. There are no faces (other than maybe Brock Lesnar) that people are so invested in that they'll be pissed seeing them screwed over. I mean really the only people I see getting booed are performers who are boring, The Miz, and Roman Reigns (see boring).

Performers need to act like heels and crowds need to boo heels instead of applauding or booing as if they're judging a talent contest.

The notion that there's "no faces or heels, just shades of grey!" WWE has just makes the actions, and thus the reactions to those actions, that much more ambiguous and tepid and lukewarm.

The thing is, KO acts like a heel. Just not a cowardly heel. the product has been so watered down how am I supposed to boo someone who is mean to announcers I hate, and puts on amazing matches? In order for Owens to work as a heel he needs to be fucking with someone the audience desperately wants to see succeed. There were times I hated the Rock, because he was standing in the way of Steve Austin or Mick Foley. Take away the great faces, and I'm just left with too much appreciation for how funny the Rock is.
