First action is to reactivate retainer #6. I might have to add retainer #7. Then confirm my theories on where some of the new crafting materials come from. Existing materials for the new crafted gear should mostly be in my possession. I can't wait to finally use these 30+ tier V materia. I hope I got enough HQ clary sage.

I don't think there will be anything that's not in the preliminary notes for PLD. Usually they just add like the crafting recipes to the final notes. But, I am wrong a lot.
Think of how many more typos they can add.

Now that is music to my ears. Some of my favorite gaming moments were from vanilla WoW. I remember the first time playing through the Deadmines with my guild. Took us 2 hours to take down Van Cleef and it was one hell of an accomplishment.
Recently I tried playing Deadmines again and it was a shit storm. 5 people charging in, no idea what was going on since everything died within 3 seconds. So, so sad.

I wonder what's the point of removing specialization from crafting requirements even is. Sky Pirate gear was useless before, it's useless now, it's almost like this arbitrary lock is just there to mess with you.
Allagan Replicas require hella ton of stuff. Gonna be expensive.
Speculation most of the past week is they're reworking what Specialization will mean. Since the souls will now grant bonus craft/control, they can Specialist gate things with minimum stats, and then as new crafter gear gets introduced and people's stats raise, the Specialist requirement will naturally drop off. The whole point was originally supposed to be making it so you didn't need to be an omnicrafter to get by, but the original implementation was kind of dumb about it.
