Stop worrying about the fat. I appreciate it's what, 50 years of being told not to eat it (and I was just as guilty of it)... but we know now that dietary fat doesn't make you fat, aside from obviously taking into account the calories you're getting from it.
There are posters here that eat basically nothing but fat and protein yet still end up ripped.
Also, chicken breast, and fish, if you like it. Eggs are good, but not the best source of protein at about 13g of protein per 100g, vs ~18g per 100g for cod and ~23g per 100g for chicken.
I have one large meal of chicken, pasta sauce, mozz cheese and jalapenos. It comes in at ~110-120g of protein. I demolish it quickly and swiftly.
Fair play, you've got some strange eating habits!
By my reckoning, to have that sort of protein content you're looking at about 300g of cooked chicken and 100g of mozzarella. I don't think I could eat half of it! Does sound tasty though.
