Not really. The point of the picture is more that the person is heavily criticizing the looks of a woman that is clearly "out of his league" and stating that "he would not bang her." However, in reality if he had a real chance he most definitely would.

Her lipsick is a shade too dark for her complexion, and it clashes with the eyeliner. Also, the cheek definer has too much sheen, causing a 'plastic doll' effect in photos. Her make-up artist should've gone with a matte version for photo-work.
