Fuji and Hosa are great. Kind of like this story of Fuji wanting to become himself and not Hosa, though I wish it did have Hosa save him yet again. In any case at least he got to absorb the cat and become a really hot catboy for a bit. I wonder if he will have to fight that way since the new Biorg Unit is around .

Nisekoi 169

Catched up. Don't even know why I read it at that kind of speed, because it went from being dumb to boring at around chapter 50. Probably just wanted to be done with it. It has do be one of the mangas with the most incosistent characterisation I've ever read and the plot moves at a glacial speed, if it isn't forgotten outright for about a dozen chapters. It sort of felt similiar to Hayate No Gotoku overall, only that the latter remains somewhat funny and has enjoyable characters. In Nisekoi we have:

• Raku: Incosistent power levels. Goes from dense dumbass to almost psychic levels of understanding others. Also changes from useless to inhumanly capable if the arc needs it. Basically has no real character.
• Chitoge: Is she even still in this story? Feels more like a stalker by now.
• Kosaki: Liked her at first, by now she's gotten unbearable. Repeating the same situation for the xth time is no fun.
• Tsugimi: Would be interesting if the setting had more of the initial gang war stuff in it. Just doesn't fit that much in the story being told and feels tacked on.
• Marika: Introduced as a somewhat joke character with hidden drama potential, remained as a joke character that does not entertain. Why is she even in here?
• Yui: Childhood friend and don as well as onee-san, had potential, didn't go anywhere.
• Haru: Honestly had the most character progression out of all of the cast. Was extremely annoying at first, by now is the only character I can somewhat tolerate.
• Everyone else: Ruri/Maiko is actually the best pair in this. The rest is boring.

There are series sold for half price here too, but it's mainly shounen trash (and One Piece), shoujo trash, old junk, or the occasional good series that I have no idea how it got picked up. I can get all 12 Yotsuba&! volumes for 7 euros a pop!

Ok, I was mistaken, this manga is great from the beginning till now, I thought that drama club ark is stupid idea but now it looks really fun. Sad thing is - we'll never be able to hear "I want to die" musical cause there is no chance for anime...

Fun fact - mangaka who draw Again!! is the same guy who did Moteki.

Man, how I feel sad to know that Again was cancelled. Used to like this manga a lot. I'm yet finish drama club ark.

Well the scientists is a great design. Better than most kid genius prodigies and he ran fast and had great scenes.

Sadly the ending followed the same sort of thing people who write Science Fiction Space Age Stories love to write about. That is living your life happily after being contacted by aliens bent on destroying the Earth due to the atrocious human nature of exploiting other life forms, and then dying as the aliens destroy the Earth as payback.

This is such A Huge Battleship manga. Almost everyone dies and turns into a zombie magical girl. Hell, even some that don't seem to have died kinda have turned into magical girl zombies. With such a double cliffhanger end to the first volume, I can't wait for volume 2.

I might have been a bit harsh on her to get some reaction.

Nah, but seriously, like all the other characters (if one can call them that) in Nisekoi, she's just kinda there and just kinda does stuff. There is no development, no progress, nothing new, and every time there finally does happen something, it's forgotten 10 chapters later, buried under the same old misunderstandings, a new love interest and a hazy connection to some promise 10 years ago that frankly, should have been cleared up 100 chapters ago.

It's not even the fault of Marika herself, it's just that character interactions in Nisekoi are dumb as fuck and her chemistry with Raku is basically non-existent. I mean, it's a good thing that she trolls the other heroines, but that alone doesn't make for an interesting character, that's just fulfilling the subconscious wishes of readers.

It's another ecchi manga.
I can safely say it's not too bad actually, another guilty pleasure manga to the list.

That's because the ultimate source is that distribution takes time, and some places will always inevitably get it early in order to get it out everywhere in Japan on time. It's unavoidable as long as they stick to physical distribution
