How was 3D Mario expected?


We have the FFVI Remake rumor for Nintendo. If it's there we should see it at the January event.

Super Mario 64 was the last time we had a 3D Mario title at launch. Was it really expected?

It being expected or not isn't intrinsic to my overall point. The news of this launch, so far, is unimpressive to me.

I would love to see more gba tracks because they did fantastic job to revive those tracks and made them very interesting tracks. Ribbon Road and Cheese tracks were great choices.

It's really weird to me that Diddy Kong still isn't in. Yes, I know of the DKR2 rumors but let's be real here, Diddy should be in MK8: Switch. Ideally I'd love a kart based on the DKR kart designs.

A new 3D Mario at launch hasn't happened in 20 years. That's not a Wii U port and it's pretty exciting

MK8 with a different battle mode is actually a legit perfect game, and if they added new stuff on top of that there's really never a reason to make a new MK again.

MK8 has 48 tracks? Holy shit.

Yeah, the DLC really built the game's selection out... not to mention that a lot of them were among the best in the entire franchise.

If they add another 8, that'd be fine by me. It's just going to be an incredible package.
