So I as I begun Garrus' loyalty mission I went in knowing the choice I would make, but at the point were you chose I had to take a minute to think about what was right, what I would do in that position, and what Garrus wanted. And I never really put that much thought into a choice during my time playing ME 1 & 2. So that really stands out for me.
Also I didn't like any of the outcomes for Jacob's loyalty mission. I mean his father could have dealt with some things a bit differently but overall I think that the possible choices at the end paint him as an evil villian( unless I read them wrong or they playout differently from what I thought they meant) and I didn't see him that way.

 Also, I kinda wanted everyone to pull through after I did every single loyalty mission. Talking to Legion worked btw.
