How I have without plus? I have a us secondary account but it doesn't have plus on it.

Just make a US account with fake address and preferably in a 0 tax state. PSN cards you can buy from Amazon or Gaffers. PS+ you can buy like anything else but for free trial you'll need a US credit card I think.

I haven't noticed any difference in price/tax for GTA V, I used Oregon and California it still said 0 tax. It's different if you're from outside of the US, so I think any state will do.

I got both DISGAEA 5 and Attack on Titan for PS4. I was looking for Shovel Knight but it ain't on discount.

It is, but you won't notice it tbh. I played extensively with both modes and difference ain't that much.

What do you guys think about Disgaea V? Seems like a good price but the DLC is unlikely to go on sale ever, right? Maybe I should get it on the Switch (when I'll buy the Switch later this year). Or can I just ignore the DLCs?

You may not have been increasing stats. They are a little buried. I had similar issues and then realized you could level stats and it was much easier

Personally I still can't recommend Shadow of Mordor at $4, unless you are a masochist and just want to torture yourself. Pretty much every other game on this list is more worthy of your money.
