[MLiD] PS6 Full Specs Leak: RTX 5090 Ray Tracing & Next-Gen AI w/ AMD Orion!

You have no idea what their internal documents look like, let alone know that they would share them with Sony who works closely with AMD on projects that seek to compete with NVIDIA.

What you say makes no sense.
We're going in circles here, no point going any further. You can believe what you want to believe.

Yeah and the reason we're going in circles is because of you. Your arguments are nonsensical and you answer the question with another questionable answer. Of course, the logic is going to be circular.

What kind of specs does it take to translate to the Unreal Demo we saw for the PS5 before launch?

Is this unattainable??

There was no RT reflections if I remember correctly (and less needed in such rocky environnement). Also they were using the custom I/O to stream in data (reducing I/O stutters) which is not the case in all those UE5 multiplatform games as those have to run on a variety of different hardware.

It shows the difference between exclusive games tailored to one hardware and multiplatform games. Demon's Souls is a launch game and still one of the best looking game, all that with 1 second loadings.

You moved goal posts so much I doubt you believe it. But it doesn't matter as for all we know Mlid could be lying.

I never once moved the goalposts. My whole argument is that Sony wouldn't be privy to such information. You answered that HP and ASUS have insider info, but they sell NVIDIA products, Sony does not, so why would NVIDIA give them any information regarding products that are over a year away without finalized specs and without a proper placement in the product stack?

Not sure if MLID is lying or whatever, but Sony having this kind of information is completely illogical unless they have spies at NVIDIA HQ.

....

Which is cool as far as what NVIDIA had in store for Sony is concerned, not for how Sony would get the performance of a GPU 1.5 years away compared to their console.
And yet, DF in their multi-year-old Switch 2 specs (prediction) reveal video were able to get the performance of the SW2 near enough. So Sony infering the same with the expertise of engineers from Cerny's team is hardly a stretch, is it?

But this isn't the same thing. We're not arguing if Sony engineers can make educated guesses, we know they can. We're arguing whether or not they have hard data about the 6060 Ti on their hands, which they very likely don't.
