I’m kinda curious what Jason Ronald and Mark Cerny would’ve cooked up if the console market was accepting of 700$ instead of the 4-500$.

We know they skimped on ram, but what else do you guys think they would’ve improved on?

Is the console hot at 45º? I'm quite a freak with PC temperatures and 45º is a perfect temperature that cannot be considered HOT.

But of course it says that after 5 minutes the console went to (7 ° | 44.6 f). Do you have the console in the fridge? Because I also reach 45º playing if the outside temperature is 7º.

Is it some kind of joke that I can't understand because of the language?

In the above podcast, Jez Corden who has an XsX, says heat dissipation/temperature is in-line with the Xbox One X, even tests it.

It's totally normal for an SSD to be hot in standby mode if it's still working. We don't know what it was doing, was it installing updates? Did it have smart delivery games queued? What about Quick Resume? These two isolated reports from unprofessional sources tell us absolutely nothing

You mean the BC game that is not using the Xbox Velocity architecture, SFS or any of the newer features of the XSX? Compared against the game that is designed specifically for the PS5 and takes advantage of its new I/O system?

Have you forgotten that Microsoft owns all those studios now? Why would they go and put some of their best assets on a rival platform? You can still play the old versions via BC.

Thanks, mate! Yeah I'm following the news about that firmware, and it seems to be a matter of Android 11 not releasing on time. But that price is pretty cheap! It's still at around 549 OMR ($1427 USD) for 65" as it arrived just last month or so! I'll be waiting on it to reach that price tag before getting one, probably around Black Friday or early 2021.

Q90T is nice, but would rather save money and get Sony X900H instead Picture quality and color accuracy in Sony TV's on all modes is undebatable. CX is wonderful though, but burn in concerns could drive you nuts.

Right. Exactly for that reason you can't compare the two. A 4k texture is at least 4 times as much as a 1k.

By oversimplifying the PS5 SSD architecture would be at least 4 times as fast as a normal SSD. That would be on par with Cerny's March Road to PS5 statement.

45 is pretty normal for components like CPU or GPU (that is why you have independent coolers to cowndown them)... not the case.
You probably won't put your hand in a notebook or case that reaches 45 Celsius.

A gaming laptop can easily reach above 45c and stays that way the entire time you game lol

So can a phone for that matter.

It's really not that hot.

GPU/CPUs run at much higher temps than that.. ~80C is perfectly normal for a GPU.
