And then once the murder happens he destroys his cell phone and video surveillance at his home? This is before they run ballistics and other tests on the body and before they squeeze the guys who were with him (they are all going to race to rat on each other). He also has a past history of shooting people in the face. I may have some of these facts wrong because I have been barely following this scumbags case over the radio but from what I have heard it sounds like he is in deep shit.
