NHL October 2015 |OT| Dan Cleary was re-signed

Thanks for all the comments guys, I'll give it a few weeks to see if anything changes. I'll probably double-down on the exercise, try changing up my rountine (I'm gonna try some new genre's of books and stuff, new music), and force myself to go out as much as possible.

Exercise is important, you also need to look at your cycle of rest and sleep. Just sleeping doesn't necessarily mean you are rested. Personally when my job gets to the soul crushing tier of stress I'll dread sleeping because the next day closer. Find something that you can fully invest in even for an hour.




8 hours of sleep for life! Being older I need the sleep, maybe not 8 but 6 is good. At least consistently. hope things look up for you! You need some new things to stimulate the mind

I can't do that much sleep, 4-6 at the most otherwise I feel like a bum in the morning.
