And goal by Chicharito. What the fuck was Casillas thinking, that was easy.

Wait, I'm supposed to root for Mexico. I feel wrong.

BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
BEN ARFA!!!!!!!!!

Edit:NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Does anyone subscribe to the Fox Soccer streaming service? How is it as far as coverage goes? Is most stuff streamed live, or do I have to wait for on-demand? How about reliability, is it going to drop out mid-match and cause me to rage, or is it rock solid? I'd rather pay for a service that is kind of quality than having to find shitty streams that aren't the best way to watch.

Mostly talking about watching EPL games, all of the other leagues are just bonus for me.

Fucking shit Rafa Márquez, that was filthy. No wonder Mexico was the most fouling team in the World Cup.

Spain looks sloppy. Are they saving the Barça players for the second half? That's the one I'm gonna miss. :(

Just saw the Chicharito goal, goddamn... Really think he could be the new Solskjaer for us, all he does is fucking score.

2 great finishes by Gerrard for the 2-1 win. A few of the new faces impressed as well.

Hart looked confident and should be our No.1 for the next 10 years. Walcott looked sharp and more willing to take the full back on and Jagielka did't show any nerves.

Second half Gibbs looked really good at LB, some more PL experience and could be pushing Cashley for a starting place. Young also looked good and so did Zamora who really deserved a goal.

Adam Johnson was the player who impressed me the most though, comfortable on either wing and can take people on. He was always willing to shoot given a chance.

Pretty entertaining match.

That is the lineup Mexico should have fielded for the WC. Shows how bad Aguirre fucked up.

I honestly can't remember the last time Chicharito was kept off the score sheet. Scores with his feet, head, face. Starter? Sub? Doesn't matter.

Well the England friendly was average, as expected. Adam Johnson and Gibbs looked good, as did Gerrard for the goals. Though I don't know why the fans gave Rooney so much stick when he was subbed off, he was just as good/bad as the rest of the players.

2-1 for Norway!!!
shit

I know you shouldn't take any stock from a friendly, but still :lol

I was pretty impressed at some aspects of the French team. Ben Arfa, Benzema, Nasri combination, Menez had numerous great strikes.

Diarra should not have been on the pitch, and after this performance, it's hard to justify him retaining his spot. Mexes was mediocre.

Fergie has all these strikers, yet he still doesn't complement them with a new midfielder. If he relies on Giggs and Scholes for the new season I'm gonna right them off right now.

Speaking of forwards, it pains me to say it but Chicarito does look like he could develop into a quality player. Well taken goal tonight.

Decent result for England, some hope for the future. Dawson a bit unlucky to have that goal allowed, he looked like he was going to burst into tears at one point.:lol
Gerrard looked great as soon as Lampard & Rooney left :D

signed who? So much for Ozil? :lol

Apparently every journalist in Portugal thought he was going to Real and he was on the front page of Marca today.

I love it when we make this signings out of nowhere

Yeah, I saw that. I'll reserve judgment until we see him suit up. Not everyday you can sign an alum of the homeless world cup.

I hope we don't destroy this kid's psyche, he hasn't played at top flight at any level of football and to drop him into the cauldron that is Old Trafford should be interesting to watch.

So....

Rooney
Berbatov
Owen
Chicharito
Welbeck
Macheda
Diouf ( loaned)
Bebe

Are we trying to build an all striker team or what? I wish we had that kind of depth at midfield.

why??? who the fuck is he?

this kid better be Jesus x Pele.

Big guy - 6'2 (190cm). Used to be homeless. Used to play central defence/Defensive Mid but is now a striker.

His goals suggest he's got a powerful shot on him and he's pretty strong. Quite composed too. That's literally all I can tell.

Other reports suggest he's got 'vision', he's a 'good passer' and has 'techinical aptitude'.

Apparently Real Madrid were looking at him too.

The international friendly between Mexico and Spain ended in a tie 1-1, Spain got lucky with that last goal in the extra time
