America's continued involvement in Yemen is no longer defensible and escalation might be the only way to get the world to shine at light on the terrible stuff happening there.

Cooper's name gonna be forever be etched in history: school books, presidential history books, TV, PBS documentaries, miniseries, audiobooks etc, for forcing Trump to deny in the 2nd debate. That directly led to the avalanche we see now. He's going to further cement that moment with these interviews.

Similarly, it takes three positive polls to outweigh one negative one. Even if we have had ten positive polls, one negative poll puts the needle back at -3. It doesn't even have to be a real poll. Somebody could just say "everyone in the Burger King I went to says they're voting for Trump." We are now at -3 again. Actually, we are at -6 because we feel betrayed by BK as well.

I mean in that instant Trump was stuck. He could either admit it or lie. Obviously he decided to lie.

It's Trump, he'll say he can't sue while he is under audit and then pretend he never said it. He threatens to sue all the time, it's a standard intimidation tactic that he resorts to.

He's threatened to sue plenty. He's kinda in a tough spot. If he does sue. This story stays in the spotlight even longer. Both the NYT story and him suing.

Nothing that a bit of bait won't fix. Few interviews with the surrogates or the man himself.

"Earlier this month, Trump threatened to sue NYT for libel because of the sexual harassment story, now was this serious or is this that same impotent huffing and puffing that Trump has done with other powerful people or organizations?"
