Lololol Halperin getting SHIT on by Favreau

Deserves every bit of it, same with Scarborough. Joe melting down over people being upset with Trump not pledging to accept election results was a fucking complete embarrassment for that show, MSNBC should cancel it after the election tbh.

Well, it finally happened. I live in Texas and I now see my first Trump yard sign in my neighborhood. It's honestly more surprising that it took this long to happen.

It belongs to a lone old lady living across the street. I considered getting a Hillary sign of my own but realized that this old lady's probably gonna die before the end of Clinton's term in office so I figured I let her express her political opinion in peace.

It's not like Donald is gonna win anyway!

What show was this on.

Keepin it 1600. The point is that they called Trump in the primaries because they are contrarian assholes and not because they had any deep insights into anything (and they certainly aren't moved by data). But then they kept fuckin the chicken and escalated the rhetoric to a degree that was untenable for any supposedly informed human; Halperin called Trump perhaps the most talented politician he had ever covered, perhaps tied with Bill and Obama a "distant third."

This is absolutely insane assdribble from someone that gets on TV for like 4 hours a day.

Yeah she's up more in Florida than she is in PA. Dumbass pollsters.

I leave for a nap and I come back to a friendly walk down pop music lane and generational thresholds? Sad!

Let's see; being born in the early 80s I experienced rotary and touch-tone landlines, MTV actually playing music videos almost all day, including the good years of 120 Minutes. I had an IBM PSII and played Oregon Trail and MUDs because a single porn picture took 5 minutes to load on our AOL dial-up. Pop music of the 80s was horrific, my spirit animal is Bowie's codpiece circa Labyrinth and I had a rat-tail AND a mullet, both unironically.

Come at me, bro

Yep. Saying Obama is a distant third in political talent behind Trump is still the most insane thing any pundit not named Sean Hannity has said this entire cycle. Fucking hell.

These were conducted by Rass I believe.

Don't think so
Since September 27, the Auto Alliance and the Entertainment Software Association commissioned Pulse Opinion Research to survey 175 likely voters on Sunday to Thursday nights in Ohio and Florida. Polls are not conducted on evenings when presidential or vice-presidential debates are held. The 3-night roll of 525 voters in each state has a margin of error of about +/- 4 percentage points; the 5-night roll of 875 voters in each state has a margin of error of about +/- 3 percentage points The 3-day and 5-day rolls reflect polling results over the previous three and five days respectively. We do not poll on Friday or Saturday night. We also are not polling on evenings when presidential or vice-presidential debates are held. The sample was conducted with a combination of land line and online interviews.

Edit: Seems like it's a subsidiary of Rassss, can't avoid the Rasss even on the weekend

If Obama was running in this race.... whew.

honestly I don't think it would matter.

Trump is already scraping the bottom of the barrel to the point where only hardcore republican partisans are still supporting him.

I mean...these are literally people who are handwaving away sexual assault as "no big deal".

they were never going to be voting obama no matter what- and many of them hate liberals so much they weren't staying home either.

I admit that I'm not sure why you posted this image, but it's so weird, because I had this scene in my head just before you did. Not for reason at all. It just came into my mind and then you posted. I just KNEW.

really? It's from "Full metal jacket." Easily the most famous "Who the fuck said that" scene in the history of cinema.

The CBC posted a pretty interesting article a few days ago about how hilary's state firewall may end up being larger then expected and that this firewall might be manned primarily by women.

You know, this post didn't get enough credit.

Smuggled all the way in the middle of the article was this little gem:

An average of four recent national polls that published detailed demographic data (Monmouth, CBS/New York Times, Morning Consult and Fox News) and that were conducted after the second presidential debate, when the sexual assault allegations started making headlines, shows Clinton enjoying a lead of 16 points among decided female voters (53 to 37 per cent) — compared to a tied race among men (43 per cent apiece).

Holy shit. 16 points up with women while tied among men across an average of four polls of that caliber is fucking LANDSLIDE territory. Even texas is gone with those numbers.

and this was before the third debate

Ultimately, the insurgent left might be stronger in that case because Obama is the face of TPP. I know a lot of them still feign a like for Obama, but that would be harder to do if it was voting for the one Democrat who's really pushing TPP hard.

But certainly, fewer people have a visceral hatred of Obama than do Hillary. And the balance would probably end up working out in his favor. I think anyone voting Johnson in this election, past the usual 1% of actual libertarians, would go Obama.
