could have done without the imagery of nasty women marching their "nasty feet" to the polls in Warren's stump speech for Hillary lol

The wife and I went and voted today. So thats 2+ for Hillary in Georgia.

We went around 3:00pm and there was a lot of people there. Mostly women. It was hard to estimate the amount of people there, probably in the hundreds. The line was maybe 600-700 ft long but it there were a lot places were the line winded back and forth. We were in line for close to 50 minutes, but thankfully it was all indoors so no sunburn. I was happy they were allowing disabled and the elderly to skip ahead instead of making them wait.

While one of the poll workers was filling something out on my early voter form, I asked if it had just got busy since it was close to the time people got off work. She told me that it had been like that all day and she expected it to get busier as people got off work.
While in line, I overhead a conversation where another poll worker was telling a voter that they didn't remember this many people voting early in 2008.

As I left, I saw two older guys at the intersection near the civic center. One holding a Trump flag the other a trump sign. They didn't look very enthused. What surprised me was I didn't hear anyone honk or wave while stopped at the red light. I did see a few people flipping them off.

My sources in Australia have confirmed that threats of releasing rat-eating spiders upon America should we elect Trump, have been confirmed.

Please take a moment to hug your loved ones and hide small pets. This is fo' realz

A liberal activist and organizer coordinated with reporters from the conservative news site Breitbart during the primaries to cover his disruptions of events for candidates such as Sen. Marco Rubio.

Aaron Black, an associate with Democracy Partners and a former Occupy Wall Street organizer, worked with the pro-Trump site Breitbart, tipping them off about his stunts, exchanging raw video and coordinating coverage, according to a source with direct knowledge of the situation.

Black has resurfaced recently as one of the people featured in undercover video from the Project Veritas group. In the video, he claims to work for the DNC. Though he does not appear on their payroll, his bio at Democracy partners credits him with "working closely with the Democratic National Committee" during the 2012 election cycle. Black in the video says he helped organize violent protests in Chicago that led to Trump's cancellation of a rally there in March.

According to the source, Black coordinated with Breitbart via email, phone and in person, including when he dressed up as a robot and trolled Marco Rubio’s events. The relationship was described as very friendly. An article subsequently published on Breitbart featured video footage of a physical confrontation between Black and Rubio's New Hampshire campaign chairman.

"He worked directly with Breitbart’s political team on the ground in the primary states to sabotage Marco Rubio & Ted Cruz, and elect Trump as nominee of [the Republican] party,” the source told POLITICO. “[Black] was coordinating with [Breitbart’s] top staff to rabble rouse against Rubio at rallies."

There's no political way to fix the Obamacare exchanges. The only real solution is fining people (WAY) more for not having health insurance and you would be lucky to find 30 Congress people with enough spine to do that.
Much easier solution is being more liberal with the subsidies. There should be absolutely no cap on income. If you are spending more than let's say 8% of your income you should get subsidies. In addition everyone under the age of 40 the subsidy threshold should be half. So 40+ have to spend like 8% of their income and under 40 only have to spend 4%

What were the details of the Casino deal?

"Do you approve of a law summarized below, on which no vote was taken by the Senate or the House of Representatives on or before May 3, 2016?
This proposed law would allow the state Gaming Commission to issue one additional category 2 license, which would permit operation of a gaming establishment with no table games and not more than 1,250 slot machines. The proposed law would authorize the Commission to request applications for the additional license to be granted to a gaming establishment located on property that is (i) at least four acres in size; (ii) adjacent to and within 1,500 feet of a race track, including the track's additional facilities, such as the track, grounds, paddocks, barns, auditorium, amphitheater, and bleachers; (iii) where a horse racing meeting may physically be held; (iv) where a horse racing meeting shall have been hosted; and (v) not separated from the race track by a highway or railway. A YES VOTE would permit the state Gaming Commission to license one additional slot machine gaming establishment at a location that meets certain conditions specified in the law. A NO VOTE would make no change in current laws regarding gaming."

edit - TL;DR - Our state legislature really really wants to put a casino in Suffolk Downs.
Casinos are taxes on the poor. Fuck 'em.

I forgot about how Trump could totally take advantage of my state's stupid poll watching law. We're really stuck in the past.

The PA GOP is actually suing because they think that because the law only allows poll watchers from the same county and not others, it's an attack on free speech. Crazy.

Which state are you in, Diablos?

@RalstonReports
Third straight day of 30,000-plus voters turning out for early voting in Clark County. 32,500 had voted by 6 PM. 30K voted on Day 3 in '12.

Continued dominance in Dem-heavy areas in Nevada. There's still an hour left of voting in Clark. They're going to outpace (again) the same-day in NV+registration growth (~35k).

It's getting clearer that we're going to see Reps Kihuen and Rosen and Senator Cortez Masto.
