I was talking to a friend this morning, and she was surprised that she got more emotional than expected while casting her vote, because she got to say she voted for a woman for president. It blows my mind that people don't even consider that a big deal. It's going to be our first woman president and people are acting like it's nothing, when it should be seen as a landmark achievement.

Ironically, people look at it as nothing because she is a woman.

She's going to be bogged down with "she only won because of Trump, she would have lost otherwise" and other such garbage

And then she'll win in 2020, and they'll still say "oh, she only won because of blah blah"

Bill Mitchell posted about Reuters new poll being pulled down:

It was pulled down and the one from Nov 3rd is now up.

Wait what is this? National?

So, didn't know my Facebook page was public and not private. Posted about voting for Hillary and ending Trumps bigotry and hatred.

This random dude commented on it, saying shit about Trump not being perfect but needed for this economy to get fixed.

Do these people just scan through facebook for pro Hillary posts? How did they even find it, pretty pathetic.

Glad you were able to vote.

I'm very proud of the fact that I voted for the first woman president of the united states. Jill Stein /s

Never underestimate the manic focus of unhinged people desperate for a cause or political candidate. Yeah, they really do sit and scan facebook and the internet in general and post a comment to everything they see. And that's just the ones who aren't even paid agents.

I live in rural PA. Most people look at the machine like a caveman holding a smartphone. I bet most are user error. I'll be voting in the next 30 minutes. We'll see what happens.

Well great, they are going to start claiming bad voting machines in PA.
They were always going to do this. Some Trumpkins who know they're losing and want to watch the world burn are going to claim the machine is RIGGED in what they think is a swing state.

I don't think anything serious will come of these allegations unless PA is down to the wire. Which it won't be.

I'm almost tempted to say that Trump's response to the election is to claim that he actually won it. Not even by the "it was rigged" angle, but by the "look at this [fake] map, I won more states! Why didn't I win??" angle

First tragedy, then farce.
Is it bad that I would be ok with votes being flipped to Hillary?

It's probably bad. Just, that man terrifies me.

That makes no sense. Reuters just gave her a 90% chance of winning.

I'm just saying that their front page had that poll with yesterdays date (11/7), and then it was pulled and the one from 11/3 is now in its place.

(Got this from Bill Mitchell's twitter, but there were numerous screen grabs from different people with the numbers I posted, so photoshop is unlikely).
