The only counter for Racial Pandering, that is not countered by people who typically vote for said canidate sitting things out, is Racial Pandering. So I don't know.
Those people who disagreed with Trump yet still voted for him are the problem, they make it so Dems have no real options but to move to the right and start blaming immigrants and foreigners.
Clinton's turnout numbers leave me with no other suggestions...
No, racial pandering isn't the trick. It's anti-establishment. You got Obama winning and it's because he was a mix of change in the first election, and he was up against someone who was establishment who many Republicans would never want to back.
If anything, they should just continue to stick it to their won base, and get them fucking angry over the results of this year, and tell them to stick the fucking game plan. And keep them angry like how Fox News keeps their base consistently angry enough to vote when it counts.
And again, voter turnout is going to be another thing that killed Hillary's chances - if it was widely believed she'd win, that automatically decreases voter turnout. Same as if she doesn't motivate youth, which is ultimately something Bernie had but I don't think Hillary successfully utilized afterwards. We all know Bernie supporters were more or less split on how they would vote for Hillary.
