Lol now on CNN they just said if Trump has a good Super Tuesday, Rubio would have to win every state after to actually win the nomination.

I doubt it.

You'd better believe that Fox would be talking endlessly about how the endorsement leader had a "decisive advantage" in delegates, and how that gives them momentum, etc. And that does go a ways.

But... the reason why Trump is doing well is because the GOP has been hammering over and over and over that government==evil. And that everyone involved in it is out to screw you. And finally, that base went "yeah, and you're part of the government."

And now we have Trump.

probably not. you can go back to 2008, democrats were EXTREMELY reluctant to have superdelegates overturn the popular vote winner. The GOP wouldn't be any more enthusiastic about it, it would absolutely split the party.

I don't think any of us want him to win the general because we're all adults here and this is real life not a Netflix Original Series.

They kind of do. Colorado cancelled its Republican caucus this year and made all 37 of its delegates unpledged.

that won't show in his tax returns anyway though. actually his income should be pretty high since he already disclosed that number in his other filings and you can't make it up like net worth. he is almost certainly just hiding his lack of charitable giving and/or donations to liberal causes

He doesn't have any friends. Also he's horrible at actually listening to someone's story out on the road. You never hear him tell stories of the people he has met on the road. No matter what he gives you his stump speech, whether it's at a rally or town hall. I'd be amazing if he didn't try to take it to the convention. He is Mr. Primary Obama.

I mean, at least he kind of acknowledged SC in a round about way by saying it?

Cause otherwise...nada on just losing a contest by 50 points.

And, ya'll, think about this:

This was a southern state in which Bernie Sanders spent $1.7 million. He had tons of offices. Paid staffers.

Now, let's think about what the margins will look like in Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, and Louisiana...places where he's put little money lately. It's going to be a blood bath.
