Having will-call/ticket issues for the Detroit date of Lana's tour in two weeks. I received my ticket from someone as an early birthday gift and this person won't be going to the show.

In the past I've been able to either have the name switched or take a copy of the person's ID with a note saying that I can have the ticket and such to get in.

I called the venue asking what I can do and they told me that I'd need to have the name switched through Ticketmaster. I then called Ticketmaster and they said the same thing in reverse. I don't even live that close to this place to know anything about the venue.

I still have time to figure things out and I probably will but I'm going to be a wreck if I don't get to see the show. I've waited so long for a US tour/date to come close to me.
