As a plastic surgeon I can say that outside some pinpoint examples It aint happening, maybe if they start to treat really young infants with heavy hormonal treatments, even then is hard, masculine and feminine anatomy outside some examples are really different in bone structure, sure you may find some instagram "beauty" or some really rich person with the right structure and able to afford years and years of modification but thats hardly real life, in real life most trans will look exactly like that, a trans person. And as far as sex change surgery goes, its very limited what we can do to change the body, every male who knows the woman " anatomy" should easily tell whats "fake". And its not good looking fake like breast implants.
