If the trailer didn't happens then people shouldn't be upset about it because it's just a rumor that people should have take with grain of salt. Even it's in thread title, and other people who follow this thread should acknowledge that as well.

If it didn't happens, and they get upset about it then they should accept that it's their faults for overhype the event and not taking the rumor with grain of salt.

you're right. this is a very sound, logical and sensible attitude to be taking

but i dont know what it is about this company that actively makes me tune out all semblance of logic and makes my hopes go through the roof with no window of control. i've literally been doing this for 5 years and have not learned a damned thing.

I've read the balance notes repeatedly. Akuma having an option to do something after lvl 3 shingokusatsu is brilliant. The whole meme of marvel being dead and Wiz saying it was its last year as a main stage game on Sunday made me believe the stake was push through the heart. Knowing how development works, especially overseas, there's very little explanation how top FGC members would of found out about MVC4, a Capcom Japan joint so early in the development process. It makes zero sense. Like the few times before, I feel this is a focused crowd just trying to stir up the rumor mill to send a message to Capcom/Marvel and make a MVC4.
