Rumor - Starfield added the Playstation logo to the creation hub

So is it added or not? If so, it's not a rumor. If the image is real, doesn't that answer the question of if it's a rumor?

Isn't it heavily implied/ expected that Starfield is coming to PS in the near future? Xbox has stated many times now that they are no longer pursuing console exclusives and will make as many games as possible for other platforms in addition to their own. Just wait for the official confirmation. Maybe it'll happen at Gamescom 🤷‍♂️

I guess I'm not getting what the problem is. They didn't change and pivot to multiplatform games until early 2024. Prior to that, it was a console exclusive. Your holding a Twitter comment against someone from four years ago as if it's some magnificent Gotcha moment. It's just kind of super lame and cringe at this point, to keep beating the dead horse. Xbox decided in 2024 to slowly but surely go multi-platform. It's not a years-in-the-making secret conspiracy to falsely advertise games back from 2021. Good Lord, this place sometimes. 🤦‍♂️

Too much uncertainty about Xbox games on PlayStation.
??? Not unless you're new here. They've stated very clearly they are no longer pursuing console exclusives as a strategy. I don't see how they could be more clear. Simply wait for the announcements you know are coming to actually happen. Even Sony is starting to be more open to multiplatform games on other consoles. MLB The Show, LEGO Horizon, and now Helldivers.
There is no uncertainty, we already know what's happening.
This.

AFAIK, the only insider who has talked about those two is Nate. That was well over a year ago.

Like I said, I'd love those games to come to more platforms, but I'm sure Microsoft would have announced them already.

But what makes you think they'd want to blow their load all within the same calendar year? These games could be announced later this year for a Spring 2026 release.

It'll be spread out so every game gets some time in the sun instead of being crowded. The market is already crowded enough. And of course they'll want many/some PS ports to release alongside new content to drive interest. So it depends when DLC, etc is done as well.

No, it's the PS fanboys with the hopium thinking Xbox first-party games are coming to PlayStation. Totally agreeing with you.
Since console exclusives are no longer planned for Xbox going forward as a broad pivot in strategy, there is no reason to think any previous Xbox-only title is off the table when it comes to multi-platform. If the desire is there, the resources are available to do it, and there's an audience for it, it's absolutely on the table. They've been pretty clear about that, so I'm not sure there's much wiggle room to somehow try and argue that certain IP are completely off the table. That is not a thing anymore.

If there is money that can be made by porting, that's really the only litmus test that would keep certain games from being ported, at this point.

Yeh, they realised that to keep going they needed to sell games, since GamePass has cannibalised sales on their platform, and so had to look elsewhere. Wouldn't call that a strategy just desperation.

Arguably PlayStation and PC have become a more important platform to them than their very own. It's a weird situation.
