Sorry but I have zero hope for the rest. As much crow as I ate, I still firmly believe SH2R was completely random and completely Bloober getting their shit together internally. Konami probably just shotgunned proposals out to a random slew of cheap devs to see what would stick by the looks of it. Bloober delivering was a happy accident for Konami imo, not Konami's dedication to quality or artistic integrity.

Looks god tier from a story telling and monster design perspective. This may end up the best SH we've had since the last 4. Beautiful.

I love Ito and am always up for his involvement, but Kera is also pretty great at creature design. The individuals they got for both story and art are fantastic. These guys with Akira are an elite team.

I do hope Kera submitted some non-humanoid monsters besides that doll amalgam though.

It gives me Junji Ito vibes with the school uniforms and shrines. There's only so much they can do with the town, so a change a pace might be really good. That idea of the same god that the people of Silent Hill summoned is pretty good.
