I know you could scavenge droids on the starter planet and likely gather animal parts with bioanalysis , but would there be any point to getting archaeology prior to leaving your starter planet?
Have you seen the raid gear it is all pretty ugly. To be fair I guess it is unofficial.
So, what server is the GAF Sith server going to be on?
Wow. Origin buyers get their codes earlier than US retailers. Fucking despicable.
Shocker, people who buy the game directly from the publishing companies distribution service get stuff early...
It wouldn't be a problem if there was still a grace period.
Dammit, i really regret not playing IA more in the stress test. The male voice is quite good, suiting a Chiss rather well. But what about the female voice? Is the acting good? Fitting for a secret agent?
Probably going for Chiss male Imperial Agent Sniper regardless.
That's a NPC I think. The last companion Jedi Knights get.

Oh yea the female voice is better than the male one. It's voiced by the same chick who did female hawke in DA2, but its way better than that.
It's in the game. It was shown on a player quite a while ago in one of the trailers
Mysteries of Knights of the Old Republic
Do we know the male actor's name by the way? The female actor is Jo Wyatt (IIRC, sp?).

Ugh, I don't want to wear that crap (Smuggler stuff)
All the images seem to be Empire stuff only. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place...
The site explains that is all Empire gear and that Republic looks a different. Second paragraph.
Anyone who preordered gets in before the official 20th street-date. They announced this the day preorders went live. The earlier the preorder, the earlier chance to get in.People who preordered and were in the beta are being given "early access"? This means they get full access to the final retail product for a week before everyone else?
BioWare stated from the beginning there was going to be a grace period. Just recently, they went back on their word. This isn't new to MMOs. Most MMOs post-WoW have had early access as well as grace periods to allow give their customers some leeway to get their copies before cutting them off. Understandably, people are upset about it.People are whining that Bioware didn't continue the free play period all the way up to (and beyond) the official launch?
Amazon has always had release-date delivery. What are you talking about? The only people I see having problems, that I'm aware of, are people who ordered the CE.People ordered from Amazon expecting launch day delivery? What planet are they from? I have repeatedly had launch day delivery from EB, but have never heard of Amazon pulling this off. Why didn't these people just order from EB or plan to walk into Best Buy on day one?

The font is jank, I know. I am not coming up with anything better and it's frustrating the shit out of me.
I am going to step away from it for now.
Thoughts? Ideas?

I think that same font would look better if you just do 1 or 2 layers of stroke/outlining, and make the shifting of colors from top to bottom less "smooth", make the styling look more like the "Old Republic" text basically.
I'm not worried about the armor looks...and from what I understand, you can theoretically keep the same armor (that you like the look of) until end game (and beyond?) if you keep modding it.
Besides, the raid armor from Vanilla WoW was L o L
Is this true? The cost of resetting talents drops to zero credits after a week of not resetting your talents? Because that would make raiding very flexible if you have to have someone move into healing or tanking. Brilliant idea to be honest.
I bet every Paladin in WoW is using Judgement armor now that blizzard added that gear system.

Really? First time I heard of that, but very good idea if true.
Q: Since it has been clearly stated that there will not be dual specs for characters in the game, can you explain your philosophy behind the skill trees and how you are taking into account players that want to be able to play PvP and PvE content on the same character? - illumineart
A: Dual Speccing is something we want to add soon after launch. Also, features like Guard, PvP Taunt, Resolve, etc. work to narrow the gap between PvP and PvE specialized skills (i.e. a +Block skill would be helpful in both PvE and PvP).
