Or is it just one of Phil's balls in my throat?
To all the people starting the game now.
Mine is definitely not, its unpacking at my M.2 speed. But it is downloading with my bandwith speed i have.
Edit: probably its unpacking, sorry
I'n my experience, 3 or 4 games that is, its just unpacking. Hopefully your the same. But it is downloading with my bandwith speed i have.
That’s the best looking character ever created in a BGS game.
45 here and still feels like im at the early game lol.29.8 hours. I AM HOOOKED
45 here and still feels like im at the early game lol.
My perk tree is still mostly empty, not built a base or ship, not progressed the main quest that much, not fully completed any factions yet, 70% of the systems on the star map are still red i mean how much game did they fit in here? When that dude said he was 130hours in and still finding new stuff he wasn't kidding.Same here.
XSS version looks……good!
Super happy right now.

I got tricked as well, just unpacking , doesnt take super long.Uhh, downloading an Update (128 gb) Sucks.

lol wtf is this? Curse you Todd.
I figured it wasn't downloading at that speed, disk usage was around 700MB/s so yeah, needs to be reworded.Unpacking.. I got tricked last week as well, they should make it more clear..
I should have just started it on the XSX
I wouldn’t on Steam but I’ve never preloaded on windows Xbox store, it was pretty fast actually. That's why i started the download a few minutes ago. Unpacking takes longer than downloading, its shit.
I'm getting ready to jump back in momentarily. I stole my first ship last night. I tried to assign an additional companion to the ship, but I don't see her. I wonder if she's riding on the outside?

I've switched back and forth between XSX and XSS a couple of times over the past few days. XSS on a 1080p tv is a pretty solid experience. I've seen a judder or two in New Atlantis but overall it's been great.I’ve been playing on the xss for 5 days, it works well, you will continue to be happy
'Very positive' Steam reviews so far from over 1000. Quite surprised because demanding games to run usually get a lot of negative reviews on Steam.
Also there are numerous poeple with nearly 100 hours played already, how?, lol.
Or 20,000 potatoes on your ship. The one good thing about the object permanence is that you can bring cool things to your ship deck, like the constellation watch box from the lodge.
Make a collection of yourself in your home base.
Maybe but it’s still pretty weak compared to BG3
Spent an hour the other day trying to make my guy Douglas Quaalude look like Arnold Schwarzenegger but gave up. Having another crack when i get the chance.Yep. I'm about a fourth into the main quest I think. Completed the Rangers faction. Did the Lair of the Mantis. So now I have three ships. But good grief if I throw a grenade I'll blow up someone with a potential mission for me. This is quintessential Bethesda right here. Loving it.
Oh....just took over my first pirate ship in space. That's an added element to ship combat and it is fun as hell.
I had to load an old save with like 5 hours lost time so that I could get a roll on that armor set from that Mantis mission lol. Worth it though.Yep. I'm about a fourth into the main quest I think. I haven't used NMM since using Vortex briefly on CP2077. Is it still easy download mod, install mod into the mod manager, and then launch game from vortex? or is that not the case yet?Everyone on PC needs to get the Undelayed Menu Mod as it makes accessing and leaving menus extremely quick. Since you are in menus a ton it makes a huge difference and not sure why the game shipped with the such slow menus to begin with.
Undelayed Menus
This mod's goal is to significantly improve the user experience by enhancing the responsiveness and efficiency of in-game menus.www.nexusmods.com
Okay I lied, I'm back. I just wanted to say this character creation is god tier.
I didn't see an update/patch on PC. (I'm in Asia)Is there a day one patch for PC?
I saw a few different people on Steam say there was a 12gb patch, it didnt download for me, or i didnt see it anyway. Is there a day one patch for PC?
