Forgot how legitimacy good Jackie Chan Adventures was, and it still holds up today. Definitely one of the better non-anime action shows to come out of Kids WB, and a shame that it's mostly forgotten now.

Let me know what program it suggests for you and what you might do.

I like this site since it feels organized and straight forward and I know a lot of people can get bogged down when searching fitness related stuff. Of course in the end he links you to the main source of a program and you have to deal with that site's design but this is a good starting point if you need to shift stuff around and don't have time to search through multiple subreddits and bodybuilding[dot]com articles.

Once I'm done with my current program I might do PHAT for more hypertrophy and mix in something for mobility.
