Easy allies review shows how bad the frame rate can get jeez, will probably go handheld for moments like that.

Can't wait to play!

I liked the characters. Honestly, there's a whole bunch of characters moments and story you don't have to engage with, but I think people really should, mostly in the form of Link's memories, which fill in Zelda's character.

It's no Witcher 3, if that's what you're asking. It's still Zelda.

Awesome to see such great reviews, it definitely seems like Nintendo has something special on their hands. I have to admit it's making it very hard for me not to buy a Switch. I do plan on getting one someday, but with there not being anything besides Zelda that I'm interested in playing on it for a long time, it's hard to justify the purchase. Also, I have a ton else to play with Horizon and Nier coming out, so I think Zelda and the Switch will have to wait. I'll look forward to the day I can play it though and I hope everyone that gets to play it tomorrow has a blast playing what seems to be a fantastic game.

Wow on the last years average metascore has dropped significantly the current gen highest score is around 93 in a tie between uncharted and SM3DW the fact that this blows both out of the water is outstanding.

Yeah I've been down on the Switch since day one, but honestly if I could hop on to Amazon right now and place an order...

Imagine if this game hadnt been on Wii U. Talk about a system seller. It is anyway but ya know.

It's like nothing else Nintendo has made, an experience so simultaneously prodigious and accomplished that it feels like a mind-blowing mic drop to the sort of "open world" games (Grand Theft Auto V, The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, The Witcher 3) the industry seems bent on proliferating.

It's great to see that BoTW looks amazing, but the scores are the expected.

Why not?
Its a shame that only few people will play this game between the install base of WiiU and Switch.
I get that people don't want to buy a console for just one or two games, but you're still missing out.
Maybe try to borrow a Switch for a week or two.

"Just for" is the key, for some it's too expensive. They have their own justifications.
