StarFox Zero

I think Star Fox Zero will be a good game.
Just really needs some polish.

Seems score does not unlock alternate paths which is nice. Wonder if time to complete phase 2 changes your path?

It feels like Star Fox could be another SM3DW-situation. We're seeing a lot of early, unexciting levels that don't require you to have mastered the controls fully. But I have a feeling we're gonna see some more crazy stuff nearer launch that may turn a lot of people around on it.

Yeah. I think the same thing happened to Super Mario Maker. I do think the core gameplay of Star Fox looks enjoyable, the environments are just super rough looking. The aiming reminds me of Splatoon's control scheme, I really do enjoy that one. It works great for me.

The levels they have shown so far look on par with Starfox 64 - and weren't most Starfox fans just looking for a sequel to that game? That's what I wanted at least, and that looks to be exactly like what I'm getting. Looks rad.

Honestly the gameplay feels solid; the game just needs lots of polishing.

Hopefully this is one of their early builds.

The core gameplay is fine but I worry that this will be.....boring. Theres so much room to fly around in some areas but there isn't much going on. The game could use more intensity.

The game looks fun. I hope the controls impress me similar to how Splatoon was a nice surprise to me.

This is only scheduled for "Holiday", right? This seems like a great companion game to Xenoblade to me. One game that will take a long time to beat and one that can be beat quickly but that is really replayable.

Treehouse confirmed it's being dubbed. They're still in the middle of recording everything at the moment.

There's no way they are not gonna dub it.

They just have a few more Day 2 videos left to upload and will probably do it soon, so you can watch it then. There may be some videos floating on the net, but they probably aren't in the best quality.

EDIT: Didn't even think of the timestamp using the Day 2 video lol. Sable~Knight has you covered.

Showed it yesterday: https://youtu.be/ncxTFIEr7GI?t=20767

5 hrs 45 minutes.

Showing off a version of the localized build.
Subs, some glitches, no dubs yet still in the process of recording.

Thanks all. Looks great, can't wait! Glad they kept Tatsu, or so it seems. Tots is just weird. And I don't like the name Skell at all. Should have been Gears, Frame, Mech, anything else really.

Yoshi, Yoshi, Yoshi, Mario Maker, Mario Maker, Mario Maker, Starfox Starfox Starfox.... Man, this is boring.

Mario Maker isn't boring. They've hardly shown any of it. They played 3 times on day 1 and 1 time on day 2 and they've hardly gone over the various tools and only shown a small fraction of the pre-made stages available :(

You haven't been watching, have you? They've shown off Runbow, LBX, Yokai Watch, Xenoblade, FAST Racing, Bravely Default 2 and some others that I can't seem to remember
To add to that: SMT x FE, Paper Jam, Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem, Zelda etc.

It's been a ton of interesting looking stuff. People aren't paying attention because they don't want to.

NOA isn't going to show it. Some members of the gaming press are already complaining how they had to talk to retailers to get an idea of the US release window. NOA refuses to talk about the game.

What the fuck? NOA canbe so stupid at times.

If that's true then I feel bad for Itagaki, the game deserves better than that.
