I hope this thread doesn't turn out like the other threads that got derailed by the reactions to the Digital Event. This thread has been a nice little safe haven to enjoy with Nintendo offered, for those that were willing to learn about them.

I played the Mutant Mudds game on 3DS, it's really good. I'm looking forward to this one, too. The music in these games are great, too.

Gryo craps all over traditional duel sticks, that's a fact, so it would be gimp. You can't just look at the gamepad and jump with a pro control.
 
I loved the original Mutant Mudds. I've downloaded the demo, but haven't had a chance to play it. Will be supporting Renegade Kid and picking this up especially since it's crossbuy :)

Yes, but I guess its only because there are so many people at E3.

If you look on every social media site and every Nintendo site in general, there is just the same feedback as on NeoGAF, so its not only us. I hope this time Nintendo learns from their mistake.

I'm not really happy with my Wii U now, there's almost nothing to look forward to for me. 3DS atleast has Paper Jam.

Their next controller will almost certainly have gyro anyway and yea; superjumping by touching the map is a pretty small feature and can easily be redesigned for a traditional controller

True, you can't, but as games like COD have shown, it is not a difficult thing to do on a controller with one screen on multi games.

That isn't an opinion. I can move faster and more freely than with a duel stick. Just like a mouse beats any duel stick controls. The same with the Wii Remote. You may feel more comfortable playing duel sticks, but that does not mean they are not inferior. And looking on a map, picking where you want to jump, and then executing the commands is much slower if you have to use a traditional control. As I said, gimp controls.

Absolutely. That kind of stuff has been in COD and BF for years, it would be very easy to do.

Twitch chat can be really pleasant when people are really coming to see a special game. I had good chat on Twitch during XCX streams. I think those guys are just bored and come to a popular chat just to talk to a whole in hope someone react to them.

I think you're being sway away easely by the trend about not liking Nintendo at the moment.
Yes, Direct was a disapointement but that's all.
The Treehouse live doesn't seem to even matter for you to get reassured about the games.

But I'm still a pretty happy owner of the Wii U.

I'm looking foward for Yoshi wooly world, Mario maker and XCX.
Fatal Frame will probably pop up during the year too.
I even fear to fall for the Animal crossing festival Wii U...
Meanwhile, I've Splatoon updates and Smash to keep me close to my Wii U.

I stated a fact. You're the one who can't accept that duel stick are simply inferior to a mouse or any motion controls. You can like and enjoy playing your duel sticks, but it is still statically inferior.

To mouse and KB, yes, to gyro, nope. But I won't keep this conversation going, this is an opinion matter.
 
Why do you think they would bring up that it's a negative reaction? This is meant to be a positive showing, they're not going to go "yeah we know you hate it, but we don't care, it's not getting cancelled"
 
This Federation Force thing really doesn't look too bad at all, online is a nice touch.
