I don't think Livingston's accident was on account of his weight. Knees don't really get stronger with more weight; they usually take more damage with weight.

I didn't say that.

I just said that adding extra weight doesn't necessarily mean your knees are worse off. Building up the appropriate muscle groups around the knee can be beneficial in the longterm, too. I wasn't suggesting for Durant to start HGH-ing it up like Lebron, but being able to withstand a bit of pounding he gets every game by adding some more muscle definition could be beneficial to him as a player.

The likes of Artest and Gerald Wallace have abused Durant defensively over the years by simply being stronger and capable of denying him the ball.

Well if you watch the gif KG got rocked by LeBriod's hips and "held" down with the off hand, it pretty much limited KG to even lift..he was't in a charge position, he was moving towards KG so yea, it could have been called a foul easily.

Cousins clearly has more potential and should end up better, but he was fucking terrible this season. Statistically the worst offensive player in the NBA, awful on defense. Monroe had the better season by a good bit.

He was better on offense than numbers show. Much like Blake, he was facing double teams and having to break down the whole defense on offense. He also had no real team offense to work in. He was having to play point-center. His defense improved from the start of the year tremendously.

He was putting up 20 and 10 in the second half of the season.

I miss that "SALAMI & CHEESE" shout near the end of Raptors games when they are winning.
