I think it's heavily implied Kyle's dead. They had his photo at that sonority house. Plus he was on the ground when the bus flipped, that would've thrown him on the roof and possibly through one of the windows when it turned.

I loved Asylum. But this episode alone has trumped the entirety of it already. So many great moments it's hard to single out just one. I already want to rewatch it.

They're coming! Within the hour, hopefully. I've basically got to rewatch the episode since my heart was palpitating throughout the entire first viewing.
Myrtle does look iconic though, I agree. She's going to be facing down with Jessica Lange quite a lot - apparently they're strong rivals and they have a history. She's kind of like the Minister of Magic if that makes sense.
I can't fucking wait.

Interesting start to the season. Taissa was okay, but I fear that she lacks the range needed for a lead actress. She seemed very one note to me, but I guess we'll see what happens.
Other thoughts:
Opening credits are sick! WTF is up with that winged skeleton goat thing btw?
Frances Conroy looks fucking amazing!! omgomg
Lange was Lange, though, so far, this might just be her weakest character/performance out of the three seasons.
Making one of the characters a human voodoo doll is a genius move. Very inventive and not at all boring like telekinesis and telepathy. Can't wait to see what they do with it.
I didn't think it was scary at all - in fact, it was probably the least creepy episode of the series to date. It was definitely more gruesome than scary. Also, much much campier.
Angela Bassett has great presence. I'm really excited to see how her rivalry with Kathy Bates plays out.

This season is the one I suspected most PopGAF people would join in on - it's focused on women, it's very diva and camp and such.
Most of us watched this originally, but I guess I (and a few others) have been pushing people to watch it because I really, really love it as you can probably tell by both my Coven and Asylum OT.
I never thought I'd see the day where Royalan would be watching it though
It seems like it's a nature of the show. It's a celebration of the Diva, especially this season. I mean, jesus christ, the head witch is called a Supreme.
Don't do that. That's like, my biggest pet peeve next to hyperbole.

Everyone hated season two for whatever reason (it's batshit crazy instead of slowly creeping up to the crazy/horror) but I loved both. If I absolutely had to pick one though, s1 might edge it out a bit.
