maybe tomorrow it rains
This is true, I got much more Nip/Tuck vibes from Asylum and I think it's why I enjoyed it so much.

I LOLed at this

I kept waiting for this to show up. Made the opening credits for me. Creepy fucker.

I loved Coven. More than Asylum and Murder House, actually.

Already like the setting better. Hopefully it'll be more of a season one/two-esque cluster fuck. The show thrives on being weird and random, but not in the boring/uneventful way that last season was.

Because we really need Taissa crying about Evan Peters for another season.
Wouldn't mind seeing her in a completely different role tho.

After last season's performance, can we really be surprised about Farmiga?

Hey hey HEY. I did not mention Taissa's name in sorrow. I am glad she is gone. Though the rumours as to why she's not returning are pretty depressing. She's apparently going to be in the new Star Wars though not sure if that rumour fizzled out or not.

To be fair, her character was written terribly. Early in the season, they nearly hint like she's going to become supreme shit later down. But just like Evan Peters' character, it's like she was only in Coven for the sake of keeping the whole familiar faces thing going.

Emma Roberts' fine ass needs to play every bitchy character ever.

Emma Roberts and Gabourey Sidibe are returning.

Michael Chiklis will be playing Evan Peters' father and the ex husband of Kathy Bates.

Taissa's super hot and I think she'd be fine as a better character.

Freak Show's an excellent idea, really hope we get a great season out of it.

Emma Roberts being back is wonderful. Precious is cool I guess. Don't care about Evan unless he plays another Kit level role, which is very possible with Taissa being gone.

There's a rumor that Cher might join the cast for Freakshow. This shit is becoming too commercial for me. Not having a good feeling about the new season...

I'm surprised Emma is back. Wasn't there something about her being a b' on set and them possibly not bringing her back?

Is it just me or is Madonna channeling some damn serious Coven Supreme vibe here?

I basically want a direct sequel to Coven just so that they'd have Madonna and bring Lang back so they can go toe to toe for the ultimate, and most epic HBIC fight ever.

Did anyone else find the tattoo scene this season unintentionally hilarious? When Peters starts to reveal them and cry I was dying.

Wow, that would be awesome! She could play a gypsy, tramp or a thief!!! :O

I hadn't heard anything about that. All I know is that she hit Evan Peters at one point, though I don't think it was on the set of the show.

Not that the show was ever great (far from it imo), but I just finished watching Coven with my insistent ex-girlfriend and the writing is spectacularly bad. In fact, all the show's weaknesses were in full force this season. It had a liberal dose of terrible cinematography and editing, and 1/2 the actors were unbearable, not that the many nonsensical or non-existent character motivations helped matters. And what the fuck with all the Stevie Nicks crap. Her agent must be a genius going by the amount of unnecessary screen time they wasted on hokey interludes. I don't even know if I can bring myself to suffer through the next season, even to poke fun at how awful it is.

So after reading the interviews and now that the season is over. It turns out the creator has been straight up lying in interviews. Talking about stuff that's going to be in Coven that never came to fruition. And then when he was confronted on a couple of the fans theory about the next season being a carnival, he said that no one has guessed it right so far.

With regards to fans guessing the next setting I think Murphy was just being pedantic because no body had guessed it exactly.
He did promise a lot that didn't come about though, which is a shame because there were some really good ideas thrown about

FX’s American Horror Story: Freak Show, about a 1950s Florida freak show run by a German (Jessica Lange, naturally), won’t premiere until later this year — but co-creator Ryan Murphy is revealing some more details on what he and the writers have in store for the series’ fourth iteration.

“It was always a concept that Jessica and I talked about really early on,” says Murphy of Freak Show. “It was always her favorite one, which I thought was funny. I’ve had many different versions that I’ve run by her. I just love it. It feels really right. I thought it was going to be light but it’s turning out to be quite terrifyingly dark, which it feels much more like the Asylum season. But look — if you have a character named the Clown Killer, it’s going to be dark.”

So does that mean there’s a scary clown? “Yes,” confirms Murphy. “The most terrifying clown ever!” And what about one of the most famous freak show tropes, the bearded lady? “Yes. Our version of it.”

Freak Show is set to premiere this fall.

Can't wait to see how this turns out, if it's as dark as Asylum was then I'm super hyped. I hope he's telling the truth ._.

I'm just glad I can cope with clowns

From what we've been told so far, I'm already more excited for this season then the last two. A clown killer sounds awesome.
