This gets Rocksteady a +2 in my book. But sadly it has to be connected through USB, bluetooth defaults to Xbox prompts.
Well, I'd consider a constant 30 frames smoother than an unstable 60 frames, personally.
We'll have to respectfully agree to disagree here. Everything you wrote past the highlighted is inconsequential, IMO. What the game "would" look like with further added effects means very little to anyone that can't even get a stable framerate with a 30fps lock tha the game released with! The game clearly has performance issues. But the game is also doing some shit that where hitches in fps is justified. There are screen-space reflections all over the place. I'd like for them to push even further and add HBAO+ to the game knocking fps even further down. But the game would look a step ahead of everything else out there.

The game has native DS4 support...just plug it into your PC with the USB cable.
I would take smooth 30fps over frame rates that varies wildely and stutters around in places any day.

How about using a host that doesn't decimate IQ?
Except it doesn't work natively.
It shows PS button prompts in game but if you plug a DDS4 in via USB it just charges without something like DS4windows running.

So when will we see the DF article?
They're still there. Stats:I think reviews have been disabled on Steam. A friend said so 30 minutes ago.

Anyone else having an issue where the framerate is capped at 31FPS....what a weird number to be capped at.

Really...is that confirmed somewhere?
Dragon age is cracked.Denuvo is surprisingly effective, as far as I can see Lords of the Fallen and Dragon Age Inquisition have yet to be cracked (despite news reports) which is almost unheard of in regards to PC games.

On one hand you're saying the game has performance issues and then on the other you're asking to layer more effects because "its what gamers want" without taking into account that they might want to....you know.....fix the current state of the game?
I'm sorry, there's nothing on display in this game that would necessitate a lock down to 30fps. Much less when we just had a comparable and far larger in scope open world experience in the Witcher 3 that demolishes this game performance wise.
...and its fundamentally running Unreal Engine 3 for god sakes!

Happened to me but it fixed itself after I started messing around with the fps lock and 3rd party programs. No idea what's up with that.
30fps, 31 fps, game is full of microstutter either way.
Does it just always rain in the game?

Making new reviews, or just reviews in general? The latter is wrong, because it still shows Positive (1,014) Negative (2,295) for the number of reviews.
I just reviewed it.
The ability to post a review was disabled for a while but is now back. I suspect the massive wave of negative reviews triggered something.

Ok so I did some testing.
I think the stuttering issues stem from some really wonky vram usage.
Loading the game up and immediately going into the benchmark yields the following results:
Min: 44 fps
Max: 101 fps
Avg: 70 fps
No stuttering.
While running this I noticed my vram usage starting at ~2gb, and then slowly filling up to about 3870MB.
After the test concludes however vram usage stays around 3gb even in the menu, and every time I run the test afterwards it runs a tiny bit worse.
Now the real change comes when I load something playable, the last part of Harley's segment in this case, which loads the vram back up to ~3400MB; runs fine, perfectly smooth.
Now when I go back to the benchmark it fills up to 3800MB really quickly, and from this point on it's a stutterfest just like the regular game, resulting in a Minimum fps of 10 (even though it completely freezes sometimes).
Massive vram memory leak?
