Want to sleep but I cant sleep. As soon as I go to bed I start getting agitated which is probably anxiety but I got no clue why its affecting me now since nothing has really been going on. Sigh...

Do I use my bed for other things than sleeping? I basically spend all day on my bed. I got my computer next to the bed and I'm sitting on my bed basically 24/7 with the rare occasions of going to the living room and even rarer occasions of going out.

I have a king size bed in my my room and for the last 3 years ive only slept on my sofa unless I have a girl over.

LOL I need to get a chair first to change that and Im not going to the hotter areas of the house to do gaf. I need to try other things. Maybe limit my usage on technology at night and cut on coffee even when it didn't affect me before it might be having effects now. Another thing I need to change is the napping habits since I do have times where I go to "nap" late like 6 or 7pm and end up sleeping for 2-3 hours. I didnt nap today but those things do affect. I will try working a few things and maybe get out of bed more even if it means sitting on the most uncomfortable beach chair I have in the room just to see if it helps anything.
