I can't get my head around the purpose of it. It wasn't sexualized. At least that I could understand. It just felt random and bizarre. "Here's this because we can". It's not like there are frequent pointless penises on the show. Penises are very rare here.

The Highlands chapters are amazing.
Talking about Highlands: I wish there was a Celtic themed RPG. Skellig in Witcher 3 was inspired partially by it, Fields of Ard Skellig is even based on a Scottish folk song, but the other half is clearly Nordic so I would really love something that delves into Celtic mythology and leaves out this outworn trope of fierce vikings.
