Usually we one shot it (when no one DCs but usually someone DCs)Tanks are way too overappreciated in this game. I don't know why I deserve all the commends in a hest for standing in one spot and hitting 3 buttons over and over again over the two DPS's that are running around killing adds or the healer who is keeping me alive. I'm literally just hitting 3 buttons and then when I am done hitting 3 buttons I hit those same 3 buttons again. I always go out of my way to try and commend a DPS that deserves it but then I see a triple commend when I did jack shit and I feel bad for those other 2 guys. I just tanked Brayflox for the first time and while it was a mostly flawless run on my part, it was almost solely because the 2 black mages were sleeping everything so well it was like cheating. I can't decide which black mage deserves the commend more so I commend the healer who was also good, then I get a triple commend and realize that both of those BLMs just got no recognition for all that work they did for the better part of the last hour. I wish there was some unspoken code that regulated this shit provided nobody in the group was a massive toolbox, or if they just gave me more god damned commends. Even 2 would be better than just 1 but you should really be able to just commend your whole team. Why should I be limited to acknowledging only 1/3 of my teammates for positively effecting the group if they all kicked ass?
No point to taking this to pm considering this involves a Group not an individual. So if you want I'll drop it until the next incident
I've been trying to buy XIV for a few hours now and when I go to checkout on my PS4, I get an error, so I can't buy it. This isn't happening with other games on the store at the moment, so I can't tell if it's still a problem with PSN, or something else.
Just wondering if this is a problem others have experienced (a quick search brought back nothing), and any help would be awesome.

Because a lot of times tanks arent very good at keeping aggro, staying alive, doing mechanics like the last boss of bray.. I usually comm dps if i thought they do a good job.

To be fair though, hasn't a lot of people had that feedback, not just those 2? People like GraveRobber? Back when I cared about GAF FC, I had the same feedback. I guess to also be fair again, when I was in GAF, most of the FC leaders were awol due to lack of content. Looks like that changed.

If you didn't get a hit on search, it's probably a PSN problem. Everything is still wonky right now anyway, give it a bit of time.

Thanks for helping me with Shiva story mode! And now I see what permafrost was all about. The aoe circles also seem self explanatory, I just need to stop trying to take in all the details of the battle space and focus on the actual fight

There's the PSP game thing being ported with the FFXV demo bundled, looks pretty good, and Bravely Second, so seems like a pretty decent year so far. Heavensward definitely looks pretty cool though. I'm looking forward to more reveals, like if they're adding new stuff to do other than the current type of content(like say, pet battles like wow did, races, puzzles, this kind of stuff).
