Mustard's rise kind of reminds me of Kanye's, in the sense that really all he's doing is reviving a sound and making it more mainstream. Just as Kanye put a radio shine on RZA's style, Mustard is basically doing what Battlecat and DJ Quik were doing in the 90s and early 00s.
