Looks like you should be able to. Download the Nvidia Geforce Experience. It will automatically pick the optimal setup for your laptop for most games.
If you want to be extra sure you can run the game go to this website.

I hate to be a bummer, but it seems unlikely that it would run all that well. 2.20GHz would probably bottleneck the game and I wonder how much success you would have running it - depending on the settings. (I should stress that I am not an expert, and you should seek out advice from others, even if this is helpful.) Don't feel bad, though. I am upgrading my rig for TPP, as my current one can't really run it properly. Though I have an AMD/Radeon build, which the game has issues with. (I can run Watch Dogs at the highest settings, 60fps with no dips, yet can't run GZ without massive dipping - whether it be from 30fps or 60fps - no matter what settings I have... Which is really weird. But hey, welcome to the fun of PC gaming!) The PC community will be great for MGSV, though, so for me, I have no doubts about making some adjustments to my setup.

That sounds like nearly my laptop specs. It should run the game just fine.
Heads up though: Your laptop will automatically run the game with Intel HD Graphics instead of your Nvidia card, and will run like utter SHIT. Right-click your desktop and select 'Nvidia Control Panel.' Next, select 'Manage 3D Settings.' Then click the 'Program Settings Tab.' Click the list option for 'Select a program to customize.' Choose Ground Zeroes. Click 'Add.' Then your game should run on your Nvidia graphics processor instead of your Intel HD graphics processor.

This is what I get when I go to http://www.systemrequirementslab.com, it looks so strange. Video card is marked red but then again marks those 3 things green. Also, isn't my CPU also better? For both low and recommended? I don't understand the world. I am not much of a computer player really.

Don't worry about that. Seriously. Your laptop will run most of the settings on medium to high. Just configure your videocard like I aforementioned.

There's nothing about De Niro's facial structure that resembles the current rendition of Big Boss to me. Chuck Norris' facial structure is almost uncanny in appearance.
He'd be 1/2. He didn't get any of Eva in him.
Edit: Actually he's probably only a really small percentage Japanese since he's a clone.
