He wants to see Curry shooting over triple and double teams that he's drawing instead of making the smart pass and getting that hockey assist which is leading to his team being up 2-0 in the finals. It's not like he shot 7/11 in the 24 mins he played in game 2 or anything. Or that he was clutch as hell to pull away in games 5-7 of the conference finals. No, Curry is choking.

Curry has to average 60 points a game otherwise he's choking...

If Lebron goes 2-5 in finals, he can't blame anyone but himself and his style of play is a huge reason why he's unsuccessful in finals. As the warriors showed last year and the first two games of this finals, as long as they play decent defence, single coverage on each guy, Lebron is beatable.

And after looking at their salaries next year, if Lebron is staying I would not be surprised if they trade Kyrie or Love or both. Heck throw Tristan thompson in there too. I don't think this team can beat GS in 7 games as it stands.

Shane Battier was an unsung hero on those Heat teams.

He's pretty much why they won game 2 in okc back in 2012
Dumbass Ibaka left him alone at the top of the key every single time
Shane just stepped it up big time after that and the next year

Also Mike Miller the god

Klay X Steph pretty much need 15-20 points minimum each tonight , have a feeling the warriors will play kinda shook tonight

You're talking to a guy that thinks
26.0 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 6.5 apg and 1.8 spg is a disappearing act in last years Finals.
27.9 ppg, 6.3 rpg. 5.9 apg and 2.1 spg is a disappearing act in the WCF

Clutch players get finals MVP on their own team. PPG doesn't mean that much, go back and watch the finals last year. Curry disappeared in game 2. 7-38 for 19 points.

PPG doesn't mean that much when you play 42 minutes and take 30 shots

Steph not getting FMVP last year still confusing to me sure hw had 2 very bad game but whole GS offense at that series based on he picking apart defense from double or triple team

Most of iggy point came from open shot like that
And in the end Steph series stat is good enough

Look at that one really bad game and forget the other games to make an imaginary point!! Well I guess you can have these blanket victories of Steph not winning FMVP while he wins the trophy again as Cavs get embarrassed in the finals this time around with everyone healthy. How did you prediction go again, can you remind me?

Again, stats like PPG don't mean jack if you don't look at the whole picture. There wasn't any controversy that Andre was the MVP last year. Steph did not have a great series.

Go rewatch the whole series. I don't even know what prediction you are talking about.

I like Steph Curry. I'm just not a blind fanboy that can't acknowledge when he's not playing up to his potential. When you start lumping him in with Jordan and Kobe, I don't think increased scrutiny is uncalled for

"Clutch players get finals MVP on their own team." So Magic Johnson and Larry Bird aren't clutch since they didn't always get Finals MVP when they won, got it.

He gonna cry in the car
I can respect Iggy getting FMVP but I think Curry could've gotten it too. I mean, all of Iggy's offense pretty much came from Curry's gravity. Curry stepped it up big in games 4-6 to win 3 straight and close it out. Iggy's defense was stellar the whole series. I think it could've gone either way.

So you're using one bad game to validate your terrible position? Lol.

If a bad game negates everything else he has done, then every player in history sucks.

The bigger point is how Strph impact the game

Steph is play well at last 5 game and its very crazy how he pull opponent defense away. If he not play well iggy won't have that much open shot

He had very bad first 2 game so did Khawi Leonard that win FMVP a year before

Did those guys ever have 28 turnovers in a series? (the next closest warrior had 13)

Yeah Steph had the most points, but he played 30 more minutes than any other guy on his team. He also had 50 more FG attempts than any other guy on his team.

Not to mention Delly was continually punking him on both sides of the ball.

I'm not talking about him in this finals this time around. Last final he was the best player in the series. Iggy's points were pretty much like Green's in game 2 in this finals, tons of wide open shots. He was a beast defensively though, but he shouldn't have won it. Using one game as an example putting false narrative like game 2 is how he played all series.

You're a cav fan dude, lets not pretend you're fuming the team is getting humiliated.

1) I'm not a Cav fan, I'm rooting for the Warriors

2) If you think Steph was the best player in last year's finals you know nothing about basketball

Do you have some stats to come with that bs or you going to run to your game 2 analysis? I enjoy the fact that you're clinging on to this blanket victory as you watch Cavs have the worst humiliation 2 games in a finals. :D

nah kyrie is the man, he is going to beast in game 3.

It's funny that people are still saying this after he's been humiliated defensively and mostly inept offensively in his four outings against the Warriors this season:

December 25 - 4 of 15, 13 points, Cavs loss

January 18 - 3 of 11, 8 points, Cavs loss

Game 1 - 7 of 22, 26 points, Cavs loss (dreadful efficiency despite high production)

Game 2 - 5 of 14, 10 points, Cavs loss

Please explain how Kyrie is "the man" or how he is "going to beast" in Game 3. If anything, Kyrie has been fraudulent against GS - dude is getting exposed.

I love how all of sports media keeps spinning this narrative the past week about how Lebron needs to be more aggressive and harkens back to his performance last year. The same performance where even in losing the finals people advocated that he be the finals MVP because of how he did everything by himself and having no help

What i find odd is that people keep expecting Lebron to go into this solo dolo mode again but won't go so far as to make the connection to say that maybe the pieces around him just aren't that good. Even when they don't have the excuse of being unhealthy.

It's kind of a lose-lose for the cavs either way given that Lebron went on record (after game 1 i believe) saying that he had no intention on playing the way he did last year because that's not what got them here. And although i fully expect them to play better at home, if he does go into that mode then it's basically a non verbal declaration that he has to carry the team by himself

That's pretty much already been declared on the court.

No one was saying the pieces weren't good before this series began.

Do you know how box scores work? FGA and 3PA aren't separate. 3PA is including into FGA.
