Whether you like it or now, it's happening, a PS6 Portable is in development and planned to launch alongside the PS6, as one of the core options to enter the PS6 generation.
Votes on the other poll were definitely about the home console, but I was now *extremely* curious to see opinions specifically about the handheld console.

And btw, it's not a PS5 Portable:

I was not sure if this is worth a new thread, but I didn't like seeing it being discussed everywhere but here. So bumping this thread.
KeplerL2: It's a 15W SoC on 3nm.
Seeing Strix Halo at 15w made me wonder if Sony can repurpose PS6 chips with less usable CUs for the handheld.
Kepler L2: No, they're different SoCs. [Redacted] is specially designed to run at very very low voltages.
Based on this, PS6 chips with more imperfect CUs, (assuming the PS6 has a total of 80CUs) can have 40CUs disabled and used as a PS6 Portable chip with 40CUs enabled.
KeplerL2: It's a lot...

Because it's the same architecture as the PS6 and not a die-shrink of Zen2/RDNA2.It's going to be a PS5 handheld. Why do yall keep calling it a PS6 handheld?
